My husband and I went here for lunch for my birthday. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Our server Zach was amazing and super sweet. They had a separate gluten free menu and were knowledgeable about their menu. They also have vegan cheese and the burger was delicious. Lorenzo, the chef, made a special birthday dessert that was gluten and dairy free for me that was delicious and made the day so special.
My husband did not have a gluten and dairy free meal.
The fries are gluten free and made in a separate fryer but has the chance for cross contamination, which was fine for me.
Words cannot express how much I love going to restaurants who have amazing staff and so many options for gluten and dairy free that I can eat as well. We will definitely come back again.

RUN, DON’T WALK TO BRU BURGER BAR
did you know they have a triple brownie challenge? we didn’t either, we just came in for a casual meal and the opportunity presented itself.
AFTER a full burger with fries, the girls and I ate 3 brownies in 16 minutes. the room filled with claps of support as we clasped arms and finished the last bite. the big city feel and small town prices vibe of Fort Wayne cannot be unmatched.
our waitress was incredible and encouraged us to treat ourselves after a long hard work week. I even signed up for the rewards card because I’m in my extreme couponing era.
Thank you Bru burger for giving us a night to remember.

Attended the Happy Hour Specials from 3pm to 5:30pm Mon- Thurs.
I ordered the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders with Chipotle BBQ sauce with a side of seasoned fries that come with their awesome ketchup.
It was so good, I ordered another order to go.
The chicken tenders are so juicy, lightly breaded & just an amazing appetizer for two people or dinner for 1 two nights. They taste even better the next day warmed up.
I went on a Thursday around 4pm & it was not busy. Service was quick & efficient.
The place is clean, people are very friendly/helpful & I wouldn’t think twice to come here again.
The Nachos are awesome also as are the huge Onion Rings.

Just visited again on Oct 28th & ordered the Buttermilk Breaded Chicken tenders for the fourth time. I can’t get enough of them.

Ordered the Angry Mac & Cheese. OMG is was delicious. If you can stand alittle heat this is the dish for you. Absolutely 100% you need to order this dish. It comes with ample sauce & shrimp. The sausage strips compliment the explosion of flavor in your mouth.
I will suggest to the restaurant owners that this plate come with a bagel wedge or garlic bread & a version of this w/ cut up breaded chicken tenders instead of the shrimp for those wanting something different.

This place was amazing! Finally found a well-seasoned burger in Fort Wayne. Their homemade ketchup is delicious. The pimento double smashed burger was my favorite. Madelyn was our server and she was absolutely delightful <3 kind, funny and friendly. The GM, Logan, was also great. We’ll be coming back for sure

We stopped At BRU Burger Bar – Fort Wayne for dinner and really enjoyed our evening. We sat outside on the patio and got to people watch. Our food came out quickly, hot, and fresh. Our server was very friendly and wa able to make recommendations and answe questions. I actually never made it inside the restaurant, but I am sure the atmosphere is casual and comfortable.

We always enjoy our burgers from Bru Burger. We shared a large salad and a burger. Both delicious. I had a Bramble on drink made with Woodford bourbon. The Bartender was helpful with offering suggestions and I’m glad I took her lead on the drink.
I got a free bread pudding dessert for my birthday, you need to sign up for that though.
All in all, a good date night.

I went here for the first time as it had good reviews. We were seated right away but then sat for 20-25 mins with no service. None of the waiters or waitresses acknowledged us. Everyone around us was being served and attended to. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was not. We ended up leaving after sitting there for 30 minutes. I will not be returning.

Cannot recommend this place enough. This I think will be a Fort Wayne go to and staple of this area. The burgers and fries from the scratch kitchen are 10/10. Partnered with the atmosphere and great staff, it will make you keep coming back.
