Update I keep trying to give this plate the benefit of the doubt and I’m just done. It’s crazy to me. How poorly made their food is the steak and bagel was horrible. Then I got one of their chicken biscuits with cheese. I couldn’t believe the piece of meat they gave me and now I just got chicken tenders. Try again. It’s just such poor quality so I won’t be here anymore. Done.
I’ve been to this location maybe 4 times and the first time was fine. The second time the girl ask me to get out of line and move to a parking spot. Because my food still wasn’t ready. Even though I’d already been waiting in line for 15 minutes. So I told her no, so she got an attitude. And I told her the reason why was because I had already been waiting. So there’s no reason why it shouldn’t be ready. Especially the fact I did a mobile order. Third time was fun.
But this time I actually had a problem with my food so I took pictures. I’m very disappointed in this location so far. I know it’s a new location and you have to work out all the bugs. But it’s still disappointing. I ordered steak an egg bagel meal and it comes with sauteed. OnionsAnd the onions were black.Couldn’t believe what they put on my sandwich.

This McDonald’s has the absolute worst customer service ever. We waited over 15 mins for 2 happy meals and a McDouble. There was a bunch of workers not really doing much. I would understand if there were a lot of customers but there wasn’t. When I asked how much longer they thought it was gonna be I stated it was just because we didn’t expect it to take this long and have somewhere to be the young man was helpful and told me about 5 or 10 more minutes (in addition to the 15 we already waited) and I was like oh… are you guys waiting for something to finish cooking? And he said uhhh yeah. I said okay and then someone who ordered after me was given their order while a different worker than the young man LOUDLY said they appreciated their patience and praised them. While I am still waiting for my food after I politely asked how much longer they thought. And I walked back up there asking what they were waiting to finish cooking (simply because I was going to say don’t worry about the specific item they were cooking the women extremely rude said “YEAH UM I DIDNT HELP YOU BEFORE but here I am now trying to help you so what is it?” (And rolled her eyes) I said “oh okay, I apologize I was told something was still coo” and she cut me off and said “ugh what is your order number” so I gave her the number of my receipt then she said TABLE 11 YOUR ORDER IS TABLE 11 THATS WHAT I NEEDED FROM YOU MMK” I said “oh okay well I was just ask” and was cut off AGAIN with her saying she’s doing it right now and talking crap about me in the back. Then she walks out and looks me in the eyes with a horrible attitude yelling table 11! TABLE 11!?!?! I just pointed to the table tent that was in plain view and she basically threw out food at the end of the table we were not sitting at laughed and walked away throwing her hands up. I’m not sure why she was so angry but that was the worst service I have ever received anywhere. Especially when I had my children with me. I would drive the extra few minutes to any McDonald’s other than this one. I’m shocked and appalled to be honest. I’ve actually managed restaurants before and tend to give people the benefit of the doubt but oh my god these people are off the chain… also this is the amount of fries I received due to the disrespectful disgusting women making my food

The restaurant is setup to not have anyone up front helping customers. This is a very poor setup: when you have a question or need assistance, no one is there (and everyone that gets near you ignores you). I waited over 10 minutes to ask how to order the Treat Packs because I didnt see them available electronically. You apparently have to order them in person. That being said, someone should be there to help you. Very, very poor indeed. Not the “family-owned restaurant” one would expect from a family-owned franchise that is so publicly stated. The only saving grace was the lady that helped me was very friendly.

I stopped on 12/20/25 about 11:20am. Easy ordering in the drive through. Prompt service at the pay window then had to wait a few minutes at the pick up window. My fries and quarter pounder were the best McDonalds burger and fries I’ve ever had. I should have taken a picture of the burger. It was “picture perfect”! Worth giving them a try as they have not been open for very long. Hope you will pass this on to the crew today. Great job!

I don’t know who the store mgr or general mgr is but this location needs to hire a new evening crew. The quality of the food is unacceptable and really brings a bad name to the McDonald’s name. A hamburger w/o pickles should not mean just pick the pickles off as if the customer still can’t taste it. Fries w/o salt should not mean ignore the customer and bunch a carton full of old dried up fries that don’t even stand tall like fresh fries would. The quality of the food rating alone is a D at best and this is coming from 3 visits in the past 30 days. Do better…

I used the app to get free medium fries with the purchase of a filet of fish sandwich. I was asked if I was using the app and if so, what was the code. When I got the order it was missing the fries. They said that was not on the receipt. I showed them what was on the app. Good customer service would have been to apologize and give me the fries. Poor customer service was if you want the fries you have to get back in line. Miss Manager, those fries only cost you about 20 cents. She was refusing to give up the fries. Let’s not talk about her ugly attitude and the OVERLY LONG NAILS. You definitely don’t need my business. This location is too new to have such poor customer service.

This establishment is new; however, I believe a hard reset is in order to address customer service, management and prioritization of orders, and food prep/delivery. Training is definitely needed.
In my 4-5 visits to this location, I’ve never been greeted at window, my order has never been hot (including the fries), there is always a wait for mobile orders (a lengthy wait), and something is always missing (a straw for drinks, napkins, etc.).
I gave up on the food, but thought ordering a coffee would be quick and seamless. Nope! It was mobile order that I waited in the drive thru line for about 10 mins, then had tob pullover and wait in the curbside space and there still was a lengthy wait. Yes, I had to ask for a straw for my iced caramel coffee.
I hope a solution to resolve their issues are in the near future.

I waited over 15 minutes in a curbside spot for my food, and when someone finally came out, the young girl had the nerve to question my integrity. Her attitude was completely unprofessional.
What makes it worse is that there were more than enough employees inside to handle the crowd, yet the drive-thru was wrapped around the building and customers were piling up inside while several workers stood around laughing and scrolling TikTok.
If the staff put even a fraction of that energy into doing their jobs instead of playing on their phones and disrespecting paying customers, this McDonald’s wouldn’t be such a mess.

This has to be, without question, the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I went in yesterday morning, ordered 1 sandwich, and waited 30+ min before I just took my table tent and tossed it on the unattended soulless counter which provides zero customer experience. I never got my sandwich and there were only 4 other patrons inside. This is the problem these awful new business models where there are no people (employees) behind the transaction. I will not be a patron of any business who lays off people so they can streamline and maximize profits. Give me my snarky bad attitude teenager back. McDonald’s corporate should be embarrassed and if this is a franchisee, it should be revoked. Total crap.

I visit this McDonalds frequently, sometimes as often as three times a week for breakfast on my days off from work. Today I arrived and saw that there was only one person in the line and knew my trip would be quick, which was a great start. I entered the second line for the Drive Threw and began to wait. No one took my order while the car was present in the first line, which was fine and I didn’t think twice about it. Then in the first line a car that pulled in a good bit after I did pulled up and I heard them greet her and begin to take her order. I pulled up to get in front of her before her order was placed so I wouldn’t lose my spot in line, as I had already waited and didn’t intend to wait for someone who showed up after me.
When I got to the window I explained that my order hadn’t been taken and they were in the process of taking the order of a customer who showed up after me and the lady with the red braids and camo jacket told me I needed to be patient because there was a new girl training. Why they would train her to ignore the order of customer arrival is beyond me, but apparently that’s what’s happening. So I said well I was here before the other woman and the girl in the camo jacket with the red braids rolled her eyes at me and asked me what I wanted. I told her not to worry about it and left.
I will take my business elsewhere.
