The drive-thru was busy so I decided to go in, I’m glad I did. The kiosks were full and an employee immediately asked to take my order. She was so nice. I sat down and was amazed at how nice and clean the restaurant was. She brought out some food to another customer and she said my quarter pounder would be right up. When she brought it out, she was just so nice, I appreciate the good attitude and the friendly service. My food was delicious and I will be eating here again.

I placed a mobile order online and received confirmation that my order was received via email. I selected the option to pick up the order at the counter inside. Once my husband arrived at the counter, he gave the older lady at the counter all the info needed from the emailed confirmation. After going back and forth a few times, a younger gentleman came to the counter to assist but he was no help either. They finally stated that they couldn’t find my order. So, my husband was told to just cancel the order. He told the same lady above that he didn’t place the order. I’m just picking it up. By this point,  his low blood sugar was starting to get the best of him and he had to leave. Thankfully, we live within a mile of the restaurant and he made it home safely. My husband told me that he felt like a second class citizen as if he was trying to get over on them. Please refund the amount back to my debit card. Thanks. What ever happened to good customer service?!

They completely understood the attachment at this McDonald’s on 10/7/25 at 530 pm. I ordered online and after waiting a couple mins in front with no interaction.. I got my food it was hot. I was surprised. The fries was hot. I was amazed. This is the best McDonald’s I had. I will visit again to see if that’s the way they roll or I got lucky. Good job manager and crew

Horrible customer service. Stood at register, cashier came up, didn’t look at me just pinched some numbers and walked away. Finally after a few minutes, I did my order through the kiosk. Much more pleasant than the employees. Maybe get rid of these employees and just have kiosk take order and make food. Very sad.

Service is horrible, they make you feel like a bother for showing up. Slowest drive through I’ve been to with no ability to manage the two lane setup they have. Items are regularly wrong and the workers don’t even offer to fix. Last trip, ordered the 2c – double quarter pounder. They make me park to wait and bring out a 2b -qpc with bacon. The lady asks me what I got, told her 2c double qpc. She says here’s a 2b qpc with bacon and walks away.

Fries are always cold and rubbery, pay with cc as they never have change for anything larger than a $1 bill.

I get it, it’s mcdonalds so not expecting extravagance but would be nice to get the right order, a minimum level of customer service and fries that weren’t cooked yesterday.

Absolute disgrace for a mcdonalds – if corporate is looking to cut some fat, this would be #1 in the tidewater area to close.

Lights outside were off when we got there. Our two burgers were red/pink on the inside and we can’t get a refund unless we come in tomorrow. (people with jobs can’t exactly do that) My boyfriend and I have been there three times total and all three times there were issues.

We were racially judged as hispanic/white girls. We were talked to rudely and they couldn’t even get our order right. I would not come back. I was with my two little girls and it didn’t feel like a safe environment for them. And they were giggling and gossiping the entire time. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food. Would not go back at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Waited 10+ min just to get my order placed in the drive thru, I saw 3 cars give up and drive away. Finally, I got to order, and I had to repeat my order multiple times because they can’t listen. 20 min total, and I finally have my one sandwich and iced coffee. Sandwich is alright, iced coffee is messy since they leaked some onto the top, but it’ll do. They were at least friendly if also super slow and incompetent.

McDonald’s is a flop in my book. My wife and I just went to this one for the first time in a long time. We wanted some ice cream. I wanted a hot fug Sunday and she wanted a McFlurry. I’m a drive there we joked that the ice cream machine was probably out of service. I kind of wish it had been. The Hartford Sunday has increased and price by quite a bit since my last one. I think it was $3 and change. I think you got between 6 and 8 oz. The McFlurry was a little bit larger and 4 dollars and change. For these two items the total was $9.80 something. Wow!!!! Talk about gouging. A pint of Häagen-Dazs ice cream for us to split is almost half the cost and the toppings are mixed in. Did I mention that the McFlurry toppings just were poured on top and my wife had to mix them in with her spoon? Additionally the McFlurry comes in a whole new container, thin cardboard folded up ready for your ice cream to melt it’s way out. The thin paper with no cover on the McFlurry would feel better emotionally if McDonald’s did recycling and that was the reason behind the new packaging. it seems more like pushing profit margins then a genuine care for the environment to me. What I’m seeing is prices go up portion sizes go down and employees are not giving a crap about service either because of a lack of management. This could be caused by lack of incentive, poor training, low moral, company culture or something that the average customer can’t see because they’re not on the inside. Regardless of the reason it makes for an unhappy customer and poor repeat business when other establishments offer better in all three categories. No thank you McDonald’s… Please improve your value proposition for customers. It’ll probably be a while before I forget this and try again.
