Reviews
Parking was super easy and convenient, and the staff were friendly, productive, and helpful the whole time. The bathroom was also fairly clean, and I honestly loved whatever air freshener or scent they use in there. (Id love the name of the air refresher! )
But the food quality really disappointed me. I paid about $21 for dinner for one person, and a lot of the food tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. The fried chicken was a bit undercooked, which was concerning. The sushi, I’d rate maybe 1 out of 10 — the rice tasted old and sushis had almost no flavor at all.
I did enjoy the shrimp and some of the veggies, so it wasn’t all bad. For dessert, I got the tiramisu cake which I always get because I love it, but it also tasted stale, like it had been sitting there too long. Its usually soft and a bit moist. Some of the desserts that should have been refrigerated looked melted and soft, so I didn’t feel comfortable eating the little pudding cups.
Overall, the staff and atmosphere were nice, but I really hope they can improve the freshness and quality of the food, because that part just didn’t match the price.
AWESOME. Yum. Thank you.
I had to edit because we did get food poisoning, (both) which is a precaution you gotta take tbh. Still an awesome place
Has a decent variety of things. They have good deserts. Servers are good at refilling drinks and taking empty plates on a timely manner.
Restaurant is usually always warmer than it should to the point it can be a little uncomfortable.
Bathrooms there aren’t as good as you would hope. One of the toilet seats there wiggle and feel like you are going to fall off.
Atmosphere is family friendly and casual. Overall though not a bad buffet but could be better.
They do sushi rice correctly, so any roll you get is better than most hipster sushi restaurants. If you like traditional sushi maki rolls, the price is worth it, just don’t expect a huge variety or sashimi grade fish. The spicy tuna, spicy krab, and eel rolls were just as good as my home base highly rated traditional Japanese sushi restaurant.
The hot dishes aren’t bad either. Better flavor than most Asian Buffets we’ve been to.
Majority of the food is cold and lacks flavor. In my opinion this buffet seems a bit stingy with the food they offer. It’s a small buffet so options are limited on top of that there were multiple empty platters that were not being refilled during our visit.
I was really excited to try this place since it’s close to home. Sadly we left very disappointed and with the thought of asking for our money back. In my opinion this place is not worth the $50 that we paid.
My review only reflects the food and not the service. Service was nice and the place seemed relatively clean.
