“Okay, so I’ve been here before, and the food was just alright. You’d think after waiting in that long line, the food would be fresh, right? But nope, my food seemed old. The cheese wasn’t even melted on my Big Mac, which looked like it was just thrown together, and my nuggets were soft. Plus, it cost me almost $20 for a meal and nuggets!”

When you’re the first person at lunch service in line and you are the last person to get their food the simplest order took the longest for them to make. The food was cold when it arrived. This location has lost a customer. Corporate, you are a joke if you think this is tolerable.

never in my life have i felt the need to judge any food place . i didn’t know my order was a pickup which is my mistake. but this girl is gonna look at my phone read it then tell me to go the 2nd window instead of telling me it’s a pickup order or even have the decency to spend 5 seconds to find it. they proceed to make me wait for like 20+ cars to get their food and i didn’t even get attended until i reversed to the 1st window. then they gonna look at me like im crazy and say why am i waiting. and all of a sudden they found my food immediately. and i got told the reason was because they couldn’t find it. it took them less than 10 seconds to find it once i reversed . i was nice and apologetic because i didn’t want to bother them and what do i get in return i get my time wasted because they don’t want to spend an extra few seconds to walk and get my food or even tell me it’s a pickup order. my food was cold, i became late to work and why, because these mcdonald’s workers think they’re too good to deal with any inconvenience. and i wouldn’t have even commented anything if they had the respect to tell me the truth which is they either forgot or didnt want to bother . they really tried to blame me for being told to wait instead of just informing me and treating me like a human being from the beginning. the past two times i have went here there was something messed up with my order and i never said anything because mistakes happen so i thought but no these people are genuinely just incompetent. if you think you’re too good for your job get another one, employment rate is great right now

This has to be consistently the worse McDonalds in Virginia!! Always getting orders wrong!! No sense in going through the drive-thr u because you’re gonna have to go back in so they can fix it. This happens every time!! And just like tonight 11/28/2025 tho ice cream machine is down. It’s literally broken more than it works!!! I wish I could give it 0 stars!!

We stopped for a sweet treat, fast friendly service. Perfect ice cream cone with 2 caramel sundaes and one fudge! The table tops were really cool. Plenty of space to sit on the I side. 2 drive thru lanes and they moved pretty quick!

Purchased using the online app for curbside pickup on 12/24/25 because Google said that that location was open. When I arrived at the location to pick up my order that was already paid for via the app to see that majority of the lighting was on. Called customer service and was told that the location management would call me within the next couple of days. Still waiting for that call or a refund to my credit card.

I have three grandbabies and they love McDonald’s.. I usually get them to five-dollar bill.. that way they have chicken nuggets.. they love the inside playground.. that’s good when it’s raining for cold outside..
