Ordered the New Big Arch with no pickles but it came out with pickles. I sent it back and asked for no pickles agian but idk if they reused the lettuce or something because i got the puckle taste again in the 2nd one as well even tho this time there were no pickles

Never ever go here if you actually want what you ordered.

My burger literally had no meat in it. Just bun, cheese, and pickles. Ridiculous. I asked for a single burger instead of a double and they gave me no meat.

They also gave me no receipt and did not ask if I wanted one.

Shut down this location.

Even if i did have to wait a bit for someone to ask me what I was waiting for. Won’t say more because besides that who did finally help me was great even understood me with having no voice… They helped me! I ordered from the app and I ordered a big Mac meal with 6 nuggets for my doggos but what they had was 2 large fries and wasnt even me Idk but the app needs some adjustments to make things go more smoothly and they gave me my order than goodness for electric recipes! Or I would have been out 15 o.O

7am I came in for a hash brown I had redeemed with my points. I refilled my water bottle with the soda fountain. water is always fresh and cold even without ice. I waited not even 1 minute and my hash brown was done. the employee put it in a bag with 3 napkins , 2 ketchup packets. it was also still hot like it’d just been cooked. I’m not sure what her name is but she gave great customer service and even though she didn’t talk she’s always nice and friendly to customers.

This mold was in my daughter’s chocolate milk tonight. Sealed from the restaraunt and we ate there. She said her milk tasted bad and I look in and saw this. Dated 10/20 exp so I can only imagine its not refrigerated.

Ordered 2 steak biscuits w breakfast sauce. Handed me both and neither had the sauce. Asked for it they brought me 2 chicken nugget boxes each filled with about a half a packet of ketchep in a squiggly motion. ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS ! IMEDIATELY GOT A REFUND! you can give me the condiments you offer for your sandwiches without such a stingy attitude even after you screw it up you dont need my business. Now you lost labor, food and money. If you train you ppl to make a squiggly its not cute and frankly disappointing that for 16$ for 2 sandwiches i cant get some sauce!!!

Had to wait for someone at the counter, so we ordered from the kiosk which was a littleconfusing for my friend. The food was fresh and hot. That part was fantastic. There was one lady that actually stopped by our table and asked if we needed anything. We all 3 were like Wow.

Night shift crew barely spoke English. Communication was mostly charades with a couple McDonalds brand words thrown in. When I got to the window they handed me a random bag of food that was not even close to my order. When I tried to clarify my order by showing them the order on my phone they told me to pull forward. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting in the pickup area for an order that never appeared. Then the app told me my order was completed. And the McDonalds app is built to make refunds impossible without a receipt (which i never received) because the app doesn’t have a basic receipt tracking function so I have to resort to going to my bank for a chargeback.

This Location needs new Ownership.
No concern evidebtly for customer care, satisfaction or even food safety.
Ordered thru the McD App and app told us the spot to park in awaiting food.
Food never came, after 13 mins all other customers in parking and drive thru were served. Yes, correct address.
Went inside and was given all wrong products… Unreal!

I usually have a better experience with this location. It’s one of my favorite McDonald’s locations out of the surrounding areas and usually delivers hot fresh food and I’ve never had an order that wasn’t complete and correct. This most recent experience wasn’t the greatest. My fries were beyond cold and my burger was dry and also lacking in temperature. I get that every experience with a fast food restaurant won’t be perfect but, hot food should be a staple for sure.
