The Staff were kind enough, I ordered a cup of whipped cream for my son with profound autism. Whip cream is his safe But they would not give it to me. I even asked if I could buy a drink With whip cream too and apparently. A child with profound with autism might not eat tonight.

This McDonald’s has never ONCE gotten my order right. We’ve been here four or five times since we moved here, and every single time our order has been messed up. We’ve tried ordering in person and using the mobile app. Today, I used the mobile app and I ordered two double cheeseburgers with mayo and tomato, as clearly written on the label here, and instead I was given bacon. I don’t know why this keeps happening, but this is super disappointing and I’m tired of it. I guess we will need to drive farther to another location from now on.

This is by far the worst McDonalds on the planet. I could write a thesis on this place. Recently I ordered diet coke with my meal. When I got to the window to get my food she told me they didn’t have it and asked if I wanted another beverage. I said I would like iced tea. She said you will have to pay more. I went to the McDonalds in Powhatan last week. The BEST on the planet. I couldn’t believe it. My daughter said it is always like that.

Hello McDonalds AI. Worst service ever. I don’t expect much from a Susdewitt Enterprises run McDonalds, but this one is truly bottom of the barrel. Stopped in at 11:45 2/28/2026. Ordered at the kiosk. Kiosk didn’t print a receipt. Assume it was out of paper. There were 6 people inside waiting on orders. There were no napkins. I left after 20 minutes of waiting and no food. There were then 10 people waiting on orders. They got my $8 and I got no food. Good job Susdewitt Enterprises.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location repeatedly locks their doors and shuts down the drive thru well before scheduled closing time. After ordering online, they claim they cannot refund in store, so when you go online, they also refuse to refund and only send coupons. It’s a total mess.
In line for an in-store pick up, and the doors are locked 45 minutes early and I’m stuck in a long drive thru. This location needs a total personnel overhaul. Maybe management should invest in a better wage for better staff.
I never have any issues at the other Broad St McDonald’s. This location is horrendous.

Went to the Manaquin-Sabot McDonalds drive-thru yesterday. Two very different experiences.
The first young man who took my order, kindly told me it would cost less to order a medium combo. How nice! Saved me $3.00. Wished me a nice, safe rest of my day with a smile.
However, when I got to the pick up window, I asked for Splenda to go with my unsweet tea. This simple, polite (I said “please”) request was met with, “YOU NEED TO ASK FOR THIS WHEN YOU ORDER, SO I CAN HAVE IT READY FOR YOU!”
Before I could even respond to this rudeness, It followed up with “you hear me?” !!!
The longer I have thought about this, the angrier I have gotten.
First, don’t bother trying to call the store manager, no one will answer the phone. 12+ attempts and varying times, no answer!
Second, I will be reporting this to corporate.
Don’t bite the hand that let’s you feed it. I will take my business elsewhere.
There is 1 star because it wont post my complaint without it. I would give a big fat ZERO!!
Management should be ashamed.

We stopped here while traveling and I must say I’ve never been to a worse run McDonalds.Lines backed up in teh drive through so we went inside. Slow service , I asked for ketchup and the woman just looked at me and walked away !!! One of the ladies working in the back had braids all the way down her back not tied up and was waving her head all around . They were actually in the front on her body at times whle she was boxing fries and bagging up orders . So disgusting . I have picture proof if anyone wants it .

Literally the slowest McDonald’s in Virginia. If McDonald’s has a brain, they will get rid of every single employee that works here and completely change The staff. McDonald’s should be ashamed They were not even busy and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a happy meal.

I ordered delivery bigmac meal large add tomatoe. I got what looks like a medium and the tomatoes were very small. There was no ketchup for my fries. My drink was supposed to be orange Fanta it is more like orange colored carbonated water. Disgusting. Do you know how disappointing this is when you are taking a break in a rest area for the night and that drink is all you have? When ordering there is only Extra ice option I prefer no ice. That don’t matter tho being the drink is nasty. Do better.
