The employees and food at this McD’s has been really good for many years but in the last year or two the service has become EXCELLENT. Each time I go it feels like the employees are sincere and very happy and provide great customer service. This morning about 9:25 am the gentleman working the drive thru went above and beyond and had me laughing, I hope he is able to see this review because he started my day laughing with his awesome personality!

OK, so I am a rewards member. I use the app all the time that clearly says that the restaurant here is open now it’s 12:45 AM Thursday and the drive-through signs are off. Lights are off. There’s no one in the window. The doors are locked. There’s one person sitting in the window at a table McDonald’s outfit on, but they are not working Or responding. No one answers when you call so the fact that it’s open 24 hours. Is a lie the app even let you order from the restaurant that is clearly not open not staffed not making food or letting people come in. If you don’t have to stop, then someone should be able to put that it’s closed on the app I think. Anyway, wasting my time and gas.

I really like this McDonalds and their staff (team members and management). I ordered a qtr pounder meal through the drive though late at night (like 2:30am). I had an issue with my order, i came back the next day and the manager was super helpful. I could tell that she cared and wanted to resolve my issue, also seemed like she would be sure to follow up with any of the team members who needed to be followed up with. They take pride in their work and actually care about what they are providing to customers and the type of service they are getting. 5/5 ⭐️ keep up the good work!

I just noticed at the bottom McDonald’s sent me a message. I already sent the same information to the website with the survey the same day that this happened which would have the time stamp for video footage if they bothered to investigate. While waiting in the drive through while being ignored by the staff that night, I took a picture of my receipt. No one contacted me about this situation, by email, phone, etc. I did not expect anyone to either. McDonald’s has their own reputation, and I’m not asking for anything.
Used by mobile app per usual. My child loves the nuggets. After last night I will not support McDonalds. Hair was inside of my cold burger that was originally not given to me. I had to sit and wait over 10 mins in the drive thru to tell someone that hey, I’m missing a burger. The guy with a mask came with a burger in hand, recited the toppings that were correct. I told him the first two burgers given to me already weren’t made correctly but it was alright, as long as this one was done. He leaves with the burger, after asking for my receipt, comes back over 5 minutes later. Hands me the burger, no receipt. The burger was cold, but at this point I’m tired, ready to go home. I checked the burger and saw my toppings were correct, the same toppings he recited to me originally BEFORE walking away with the burger. I didn’t think anything of it. When I bit into the burger there was the longest strand of hair that I pulled out of my mouth that was attached to the cheese. After a very long day of work to bite into a piece of hair is horrifying and absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had this experience before, and can’t get pulling the hair out of my mouth out of my head. The burger was also cold. There’s no way to explain this. The hair was in the cheese. I will no longer be a customer. I frequented McDonalds many times a week. Why was there a long strand of hair in my burger??? I’m just horrified to even think of what could have happened.

Order is wrong every time. Additionally they like to skip my order or give it to other people too often to not feel targeted by management and the crew.
Poor sanitation and food handling. Do not come here.

On average, for me at least, I would say my order is wrong 90% of the time. This morning I ordered the steak platter breakfast. They gave me a sausage patty. It’s obvious it’s sausage. I know the quality of the meat isn’t gourmet to begin with, but come on now people.
My wife ordered a McDouble on a previous occasion and they forgot the beef entirely. A ketchup sandwich?
The saddest part is that even if corporate offered a small gift card for these inconveniences, when I go to redeem the said gift card, I would again receive a bad or partial order.

Will never use this location again. Ive never seen such lack of respect and customer service. My family ordered 2 20 PC nuggets and we didnt get a single sauce that we ordered. Our large fry was cold and half empty. The big Mac sauce was all over the inside of the box as if tbey were mad they had to make it for us.
If you really must have mcdonalds. Choose a different location. Crazy that this near to the children’s museum and they are this awful.

The app accidentally ordered here and I got to meet a wonderful staff who helped fix the error and get me some food (A tasty Fish Filet Medium Meal) before my drive. I appreciate all of them and wish I had gotten their names. They were very quick and efficient.
