If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s absolutely horrible. I came in for a DoorDash order which hadn’t even been started. There were 3 other DoorDasher there waiting for orders that had been there for ten minutes. I watched as multiple people came in to place an order and nobody would help them. The lady who was working the register was disrespectful. Telling people they needed to wait until she was ready to help them. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the order and it still wasn’t even started. Multiple times the employees just walked out the building and left people standing in line waiting to place orders. I ended up unassigning myself from the order and I will decline every order I get from that McDonald’s. Absolutely ridiculous. If they hate their job so much, then they shouldn’t be working there. They are blessed to even have a job!!
People there were rude, for no good reason. the lobby is always closed on weekends/evenings – understaffed! There was no one there, employees were walking around with their earbuds listening to music! We ordered a coffee, waiting 20 minutes and they didn’t bring it out. Started knocking at the door until they opened and gave the coffee. In the end the coffee was not good…

The lady in the purple shirt was really rude. All I asked her was to confirm my order and she started to get upset and mumble bad words. The service was also very slow. Other McDonald’s write the order on the receipts or let you know you have the correct food but this person wasn’t concerned about the small details.
I absolutely did not eat here but thought I would review it anyways. There are groups of high school kids that hang out here and Hassel everyone. They are rude to the employees, they stand in the drive through asking people to buy them food, and they throw their trash in the neighboring parking lots to try and look tough. Mcdonald should hire parking lot security or call the police. Quit being lazy and support a local business instead. From what I’ve seen McDonald’s is more expensive than most locally owned places for a lunch option. On top of it all these places are gross and really bad for you.
Mobile order for curbside pickup. Typically these take about 5 minutes and your app won’t show that “thanks for your order” message until the order is walking out the door. Waited 15 minutes got the thank you for your order message but no food. Walked inside. They didn’t have my order. They made to order while I waited and handed me a cup for my sweet tea, which bothered me because I had to ask for it. It is a curbside order. It should have been done.
Drive thru fantastic. I don’t know the women’s name who works some mornings in drive thru but she works so hard. Today is Tuesday morning. The efficiency and speed of drive thru when she works versus not is obvious. I can almost tell when I pull up based on the line and how fast it moves. She works the equivalent of 3-4 people.
