I’ve had an occasional problem here with orders but overall things usually go well. There’s been some really good employees who handled drive-thru orders over the last four years. One issue at times is when the drive-thru lane gets backed up and it can be difficult making the turn to get to the restaurant and then avoid blocking cars that want to exit. As with most McDonald’s, it usually take longer for someone to take your order when you go in the restaurant than if you use the drive-thru.

Worst and slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single car had to pull over and wait for orders. Multiple employees came around asking what we ordered during the 20 minutes it took to finally get our order. Had to ask multiple times to finally get dipping sauce for the fries.

I’m in their parking lot right now, its taken ten minutes to get a large fry, just that. They had to come out and ask what I was waiting for and when I got frustrated guy in the drive through yelled at me. Saw several other people served and the drive away while I waited forever in the parking lot. When they FINALLY brought my food the person grunted and shoved it at me. Got the simplest possible order, just fries and a drink, and it took nearly 15 min and I got yelled at. Would drive across town to avoid this dump.

I had to wait for around 30 mins for my order. When I got my order, it was missing a quarter pounder burger. And I had to wait for another 10 mins or so before I asked one of the staff members again, that’s when I finally got my burger. The staff is nice but be prepared to wait forever if you are ordering food from here.

Food is usually good! Every once in a while you have cold food. But I would day 90% of the time it’s good! One thing I found is ordering on the app, they often forget at least one item. So before pulling off to head out, just check your bag. Other than that, it’s a pretty typical but good experience!

A great place for your McDonald’s fare. The place is well-kept as well as function fast since their location gets heavy traffic. Food is/was prepared well. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.
