Employees just standing around for 15 plus minutes not doing anything. I placed my breakfast mobile order at 10:14 am waited in the drive thru line for awhile so I went inside and stood there for about 10 minutes. I asked someone to pull my drive thru order inside as the line was still backed up and was told at 10:35 am they are no longer doing breakfast even tho my order was placed before breakfast ended AND I was there prior to 10:30 am. This is completely disheartening especially being 8 months pregnant. Warsaw lost my business I’ll go to Tappahannock McDonald’s from now on.

Placed a mobile order before they closed arrived before they closed sat in the drive thru for several minutes no response drive to to the window ignored finally the turned off the light and I had to flag someone down to find out how to cancel my mobile order

This was so disgusting that my burger was raw, not medium, rare butt raw. The McDonald’s in Warsaw Virginia I would not recommend anyone to eat at!!!! They better hope I don’t get sick or someone’s getting sued big-time. This store is so lazy that the could not cook a thin burger. This is just ridiculous..

I’ve been here for 2 months and I’ve been eating at Hardee’s. And the food is always good. I decided I would stop by McDonald’s because I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s in a long time , won’t unless there is no choice sausage and egg biscuit combo $9.11.

They must have Hellen Keller working here. 3 separate times first time the speaker was messed up so I’ll give some leeway. 2nd time I said very clearly that I wanted a bacon mcdouble and somehow was translated into a bacon quarter pounder (then got the sandwich with only the meat and cheese) also asked for no pickles on my gfs sandwich and had like 6-8 thrown on. I know it’s ridiculous but geez you want more money per hour but can’t even get an order right.
