A bit disappointed in the visit we just had to this location. We ordered a large fry and it was barely filled more than halfway. I didn’t think I would need to check an order of fries before leaving the restaurant, but apparently I will need to next time.

They continue messing up my order. I asked for a plain hamburger and they were unable to deliver twice in a row. Additionally, I ordered a 10 pc nugget and when I arrived home I realized that it was missing. When I called to get them to return the money the phone did not work so I was unable to get the money or what I ordered.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I mean, it is McDonald’s, so the food is what you’d expect. However, whenever I go early in the morning before work and pick up their oatmeal and an orange juice, the early morning Saturday staff is quick and friendly. I appreciate that, especially when it’s still dark outside, and I’m sure all of us would love to be asleep instead.

What has happened to these young people that work at Fast Food Restaurants!! They look absolutely miserable at their jobs. No one checks the orders anymore before they hand it to you. There’s a female employee at the pickup window at McDonald’s drive through , who has the Worst personality for that job ! When you pull up she says nothing to you, she turns her back to you, doesn’t greet or thank the customer. She could use the training that Chick-fil-A gives their employees. I’m so over these young ones with no manners and act like they are doing you a favor by being there !!! I’m the Customer not Them !!!

They are almost all teenagers since it’s summer time… whoever made the “coffee” batch actually made tea I tried to call but of course they don’t wanna answer I asked for an iced coffee 2x not till the second one did I realize it was TEA not coffee. It’s more annoying the waste of money and time of going back the second time for them to mess up my order again.. I get its McDonald’s but still :/

The night shift is horrible! I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe with cheese and requested extra sauce, I also requested it be cook to order. When I got my sandwich I can clearly tell it wasn’t fresh and they put mayo on it. I asked that they correct it and they just slapped the spicy sauce on it leaving the mayo. I then got upset and asked them to make it completely over (which I shouldn’t have to and by this time I’m livid) The Hispanic young man with curly hair and glasses then gets upset cause when they bring it out the sandwich STILL wasn’t fresh there still wasn’t extra sauce and the cheese didn’t even melt. So the so called manager on shift black lady blonde hair snatches the food and keeps screaming cash or card (for my refund) Sad thing is they were in there laughing and playing the entire time vs focusing on customer service and making sure the order was made correctly! I will be contacting corporate. I shouldn’t have to request my food be fresh but I have to at this location!
