How do you promote a game, and never have the pieces on half the items. I take my monopoly really serious. I order two large fries both came with no piece. I order a big Mac last week and it also had no piece.

I came in late having driven for 5 hours through a major snow storm and just wanted to sit and eat. I tried the Wendy’s across the street and was told the interior was closed unless you were their to pick up an online order. No indoor dinning. I went across the street to this McDonals where they took care of me, even bringing my food out to me when ready. It was hot and fresh. Thanks for the great service!

Asked for a special order double Mac with extra Mac sauce, onions, and pickles because the burger is pretty dry with the extra meat and they didn’t get it right. Disappointed. Didn’t give extra anything and it doesn’t look anything like the advertisement photos. The Big Mac is definitely smaller than it use to be. Not worth it. Asked for BBQ sauce for my daughter’s nuggets ( not shown) and got ketchup instead. Didn’t have any Apple pies. Evening crew here doesn’t seem to pay attention nor double check orders. I guess going here after 9 pm on a Friday is a no.

I waited in line at the drive through on Tuesday night 1/6/26. Was about to place my order but was told they weren’t taking orders anymore. Everyone in front of me while I waited got to order. It was 10:07 pm?? And there were people sitting inside the McDonald’s.

A bad McDs experience on the whole; in summary, this location indicated that they threw away my order when the McD’s app “malfunctioned” and ordered from the wrong location(this one) vs what I selected, then in-app directions sending me to two different stores each which did not provide either receipt or the order. The excuse/reason for throwing out the order was that it was past 1030 and my completed order was not to be served after breakfast, even given the app malfunction, blaming me for the missed meal. Cigarettes stinking up everything to boot. Homeless people laughing and calling me dead. Worst McDonald’s order experience I’ve had in my life.

The food was good like usual here. The food was nice and hot! I didn’t wait too long for my order either! The frappe machine and ice cream machine were working well this time! With that being said is a hard thing to find sometimes at these type of locations!

Don’t waste your time here, they’re so slow and always the cars line reaches out to highway. When I asked the lady talking to me about the problem she said it’s only me and 2 person here then I said you should let your supervisor know about this issue because you have lost a lot of customers then she told me you have a nice day, she did not serve me by saying you’re complaining. Then I asked her who’s your supervisor, she said it’s me So unprofessional. The supervisor is so mean.

Do not waste your time at this McDonald’s. I will say the girl at the drive-thru register was sweet and nice but whoever was working the food gave up on life. I waited 10 minutes without a single other person there or in line for the stalest, grossest food. Went back and had to ask them to remake it it was so bad, somehow I still got rock hard, old world, military tack fries. Like they over cooked them in the fires of hell to compensate for the old stale ones I got the first time. This was the 2nd time I’ve been there and the 2nd time I had to ask for it to be remade, which I dont think I have ever done at a McDonald’s in my life. It will be the last. Just save yourself. It ain’t worth it.

You could be the only car in the drive thru and still get parked to wait for food. The slowest and inefficient McDonald’s especially for it being off the highway.

Probably the worst McDonald’s in the area. Maybe even the worst I’ve ever been to. Opens late. Drive thru takes 30 minutes minimum. You’re better off going to a sit down.
