I stopped by to pick up a mobile order and briefly rotated a bag to check the order number, which was facing away. I did not realize the bag was on a tray, as an employee was about to take it to a table. Instead of simply clarifying or assisting me, a male employee immediately confronted me in a condescending and aggressive manner, repeatedly questioning me about the tray.
What should have been a quick, harmless interaction was unnecessarily escalated due to his hostile attitude. Rather than helping, he chose to lecture and make comments, creating a negative atmosphere.

It is unbelievable that you place an order. You get charged for the order. You’re waiting in the restaurant for the order and your employees ignore the person standing at the counter. Ignore the fact that they’re waiting while they’re cleaning up and then they turn around at 10:00 p.m. 7 minutes later when the order should have be ready by now just to say they’re close and they can’t do anything. I have the receipt. I have the charge on my card and I have the app stating that this took place way before closing time. The employee and manager on duty. This McDonald’s already has very little supplies. When it comes to their special promotions, their registers are broken. Their kiosks are broken. Only one of the kiosk works and it can’t scan your credit card so the employees can’t even help you at the counter. They got plenty of time to do what they need to do and yet the food was never made or handed over but it was paid for.

The worst location ive ever been at! Rude,discoutious, and unorganized! Had me pay extra for blue raspberry slush with my kids happy meal, then when I picked up my food they said the slush machine wasn’t working and told me to pick a different drink and didn’t refund the money. Super shady! All the tables were dirty and trash all over the floor. Kids nuggets were stale and way overcooked! I’ve never seen a worse location!

Ordered a Carmel frappe coffee for 2.12!!! The establishment is very kid friendly. They have curbside pickup for convenience. If you want pizza it’s right next door!! Come show your support in this community!!! I rate is place with lots of hearts!!! ❤❤❤

This McDonald’s can never get it right. The Spanish male manager is the absolute worst. Ordered medium fries. Cashier entered small. Spent 3 minutes arguing with the manager over the wrong size when any size fries are all $1.39.
I wish there was another McDonald’s closer. Gonna have to deal with the Lorton one on Route 1!

I’m not sure what McDonalds has going on with their employees that make the food. I believe it’s some pressure type happenings going on because every time you make a special request they never get it right! Very annoying. Can they not read? The service at this location is okay. The cashier seemed like she was very unaware of where she was and what her job was. The guy before me ordered a quarter pounder meal and when she asked which one he didn’t and was confused and she just bypassed his question. Anyway I ordered a cheeseburger meal special requests and received my food and it was jot made correctly. They even had the nerve to put the sticker receipt on it saying it was correct with what I wanted. SHOCKER it wasn’t so they had to remake both of the sandwiches. Not to mention they waste a ton of food. Those cheeseburgers that I gave back the employee could’ve let me keep them. I know someone that could’ve eaten those but she threw them away. So many hungry people out here it’s a shame and an embarrassment!! Corporations are greedy!!
