Awful service! We spent such a long time ordering the food via their kiosk and then it said we had to pay upfront. When we went to the counter we were there about ten minutes. I was politely saying hello trying to get their attention and they didn’t even acknowledge us at all or noticed us. The business was not even that crowded and the women cleaning the tables simply told us to wait instead of going in the back and getting someone’s attention. Their priority is drive thru for sure. So rude and not going back here. I hope the franchise manager reads this.

I used my deal from my app for 1.19 any size fries and ordered a large. I noticed they charged me 3.99 so when I got to the second window I told the lady I got charged more than I was suppose to since I used the mobile app deal. She just told me I guess it didn’t go through and just left it at that. It’s quite frustrating when people don’t empathize with you in your situation because I bet if it happened to any of there staff members they would ask to be charged a right amount or at least have it corrected. I get its 2.80 extra but still we use the apps so that we can save what little we have. I tried to rub it off but still feels like I’ve been done wrong and it’s quite frustrating workers just don’t care anymore.

Its a well run McDonald’s, in a nice area. This place is nuts during breakfast hours. I like that all the employees look like they take showers and have neat uniforms even though they were non-stop full crank working.

Ordered small coffee and medium iced mocha at 1017, at 1030 asked about my order and they had lost it, they then only partially fulfilled my order and had to ask again for the other drink. Finally left at 1035.

This is the cleanest, nicest McDonald’s I’ve seen a really long time. There are fresh flowers on the tables and the crew working this morning (16 September 2022) is friendly and fast. My breakfast (steak and egg bagel) is hot and fresh and the atmosphere is just darn pleasant. Wow!
