This lady every time I come in here this location is on the phone while working on the clock and mopping the floors. And cleaning too. And she be that. Health department or management of McDonalds needs to address this issue to her plus to there employees stop being rude and stop being social calls. This is work time. If you want to be on your phone or do something and be off the clock and sit down chill. That is not my problem. I am happy with they lock up the bathrooms to keep the homeless and crime out.

Care more about keeping no line and having 4 drive thru spots sit for who knows how long just to keep the “line” clear instead of giving us our food. We were in a rush and had to send my husband in for the food. Terrible “fast” food service

I recently purchased a coffee from this McDonald’s location and needed to use the restroom shortly after. However, despite being a paying customer, one of the four staff members refused to let me use the restroom. The restroom was locked and required staff permission to access. The sign on the restroom door clearly states it is for customers only—and I was indeed a customer.
Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude in her response. I found this behavior not only unprofessional but also inhumane. Denying a basic facility like a restroom to a paying customer is unacceptable.
I hope this issue will be addressed appropriately so that future customers are treated with respect and dignity.

Placed a big order for a kid party on the app. Asked for curb side. Show up, the app has gone stupid. Go inside, get lectured by the manager that she sees it as a drive through order, huffs, and begrudgingly gives me the items. She got her revenge though, 50 chicken mcnuggets and NO sauces, no ketchup. While im waiting, I get the shake down from a homeless guy. AVOID THIS PLACE. Went back today out of necessity, they put mcnug sauce on the receipt as well as ketchup, nothing in the bag.

I order 2 McDoubles and 1 McChicken. They tell me to pull over in the parking lot. After about 10 minutes of waiting and watching multiple other cars receive food and leave, I go inside. It’s another 5 minutes before I’m able to get anyone’s attention…and of course my food was just sitting there getting cold the whole time..

I stopped by and ordered curbside. I waited 10 minutes and walked in. It wasn’t ready. When I did get my order it was wrong. The staff clearly doesn’t care. Curbside is less than an afterthought.
This was the second straight time. The previous time I waited 15 minutes before going in and 10 minutes at the counter.
I shouldn’t have gone back but it was on the way home. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this location.

So I waited for the bacon ranch mccrispy combo. I get home and it was absolutely inedible and burned. I called to share my experience and was hung up on twice. I do not mind paying for things, but bad service and no real solution for a customer is not ok.
