I visited this location today and used one of the self-order kiosks to place a to-go order for myself and my baby. I ordered a medium Big Mac meal with a strawberry drink (already an upcharge) and a double cheeseburger. During ordering, I selected four BBQ sauces, which the system clearly showed as $0.00 on my receipt.

When I received my order and checked the bag, only two BBQ sauces were included. I politely asked the attendant for the remaining two. She informed me they only give two and that any additional sauces would cost 25 cents each. I explained that I specifically selected four sauces during ordering and that my receipt shows them as free. She dismissed this entirely and stated that the system was wrong and that sauces are only free with chicken nuggets.

That response was frustrating and unacceptable. If the ordering system allows customers to select items at no cost—and the receipt reflects that—then the restaurant should honor it. Any system or pricing error is not the customer’s responsibility, and dismissing a customer instead of resolving the issue is poor service.

This could have been handled easily by honoring the receipt or offering a simple courtesy fix. Instead, it left a negative impression and unnecessary frustration over something that should have been straightforward.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Crappy slow service here. Poorly prepared food. Homeless people camped out. They told me my food was taking so long because they gave it to someone else. Unless they gave it to someone in the drive thru, this is impossible because I was standing there the whole time after I ordered and no food came out. They made my chicken sandwich very sloppy with mayo and lettuce coming out of the sandwich on all sides. I’ll def never be back to this McDonald’s.

Food was fine, but it was very concerning that the employees yelled at us out of the drive thru window as we started driving away because they had given us the incorrect menu item. They accidentally swapped it with the one for the car behind us. This could have caused an accident, as the employees asked my husband to back up and exchange that menu item back through the drive thru window. Overall, the team members we interacted with were very unprofessional and caused a dangerous situation.

I went to this McDonalds on the way back to my hotel because it was conveniently close. The food and fries tasted good, and they successfully made the most important items allergen free. They did not include the sauces that I ordered and failed to customize the two items that I ordered with customizations.

The customer service experience was disappointing and lacked professionalism. I attempted to request a refund for an incorrect item provided to me. An elderly female staff member responded in a dismissive manner, rolling her eyes and walking away while I was still explaining the issue.

Got our two coffees with both leads not sealed, hot coffee spilled all over us and the car. When we got home my children got spicy chicken instead of the crispy. Unbelievably bad management.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae and got it right away, so I can’t complain about the service. There was trash left on the tables and floor, so I don’t think surfaces are cleaned or floors mopped as often as they should be.

The manager is very Very rude! I ordered one hot n spicy with my points and A medium iced coffee and some ranch and buffalo sauce, I paid 1.48 and the Kiosk did approved it but after approving, the kiosk didn’t give me a receipt and asked me to pay again even though I paid. Then I got an employee and she saw and said “Let me get the manager” the manager saw me and waited she didn’t come. Then I called on another employee and he was nice and wanted to help me but when the manager saw him she called in Spanish “Get back to work ” to which the employee replied “I am helping a costumer” she said l”get back to work, this is not Our problem” I knew Spanish and kept quite then she came to help me because I called her three time and after 20 minutes she said that It is not our mistake but an online mistake, she told me that money will be back at my account after 3 days. After literally 7 days I am writing this so someone can help me bring justice to my case.

You buy $20-$25 dollars worth of food and when you ask for 1 extra hot sauce!! They don’t give it to you they wanna charge you. I asked for 1 more this lady work in night shift she walked away from the drive thru window and ignored me with bad attitude.

This literally has to be the worse McDonald’s in Virginia, the entire staff should be fired. Nothing is right about this place, from the rude service, nasty cold food to the dirty establishment. Homeless people live and bath here and they always off of everything or have you waiting long periods of time to get your food. I will never ever visit this location again
