I’ve been a bit frustrated in the past at this location but there have been some great customer service here lately. I’ve came across a few good gentleman here at different times. I believe their names are Trayvon and Micah. Different occasions but wow, they were so polite to me. Like a natural laid back vibe they gave off for my orders and that’s the type of service I expect for the most part. So shout out to those two gentlemen for a job well done!

Asked for hot honey twice and they kept giving different honey sauces.
Update: I just want what I pay for. I genuinely dont know what’s going on with the hot honey. They have given me every sauce with honey in the name except hot honey. I have SO MUCH hot mustard I didnt ask for and tried to give back because I just want to try the hot honey. I was able to get 2 out of 3 for my 20 piece. When I asked for the 3ed he gave me more hot mustard and honey mustard its borderline becoming comedic, but please seriously talk to your staff lol I just want my spicy honey

First time doing the review on the app and bringing the receipt back with the validation code. Came in to redeem it and Byron hooked it up! Great customer service and was super receptive to changing the “free” sandwich to an extra hash brown for me. This man was a great choice to put him in front of the counter as the face of McDonalds. Made my morning breakfast complete!

I absolutely hate this McDonald’s. Everytime I get an order they either forget something in it or get the order wrong. I payed for a large iced coffee with whipped cream. My DoorDash order said everything and when it was brought to me it was a small with no whipped cream. The cup was filled with mostly ice. Unbelievable.

I am genuinely concerned for the young “adults” who work here. Following simple requests, such as “Can I please have a buffalo sauce”, and getting bbq sauce in bag, is irritating. Here’s the thing though, this is consistent.
Fries suck. Coke is premade so as it sits during a rush, it gets watered down. Hate this location.

I ordered for mcDelivery they charged service fees didn’t bring my full order I called no one answered the phone. I drive to store they blame door dash but I ordered on the McDonald’s app for mcDelivery. Wasted 10 minutes to drive to the McDonald’s 10 min speaking with supervisor who called another supervisor. Now I am sure my food at home is probably cold. I never encountered such poor customer service.
