Drive thru staff is always friendly. It seems like they don’t carry the menu variety of other McDonald’s. Don’t order delivery from their app. If they forget an item, they don’t refund you…just tell you to “tell someone they owe you a free double cheeseburger next time you’re there”…what???

This is my third time coming to this location in the past three weeks and the employees are constantly saying the system is down and they are only accepting cash orders. Every time I have come to this location and any other mcdonalds I always prepay for my order in the mobile app. I can understand the system being down every once in a while, but to be rudely denied service for something that Ive already paid for and wont get refunded for another week is very frustrating, and for it to happen this often is dissapointing.

What’s McDonald’s most well known burger? The Big Mac right? What does that come with? Mac sauce right? So then someone riddle me why I pop the hood on my burger and there’s MAYO ON MY BIG MAC?! Mayo?? How does that even happen?!?! I waited mad long for my order too, so when I get old nuggets, 2 Big Macs with Mayo instead of Mac Sauce and nuggets so old they hurt to bite into, y’all are getting a horrible review. So we picked up some quarter pounders tonight… Insects were in them. See photos. I crushed mine because I was starving but my wife opened hers to check and this is what she found. Gross. Use to be a well managed franchise. Quality control is non existent. We have a friend at the executive level at McDonald’s and have contacted him so maybe there will finally be some consequences for this neglectful owner.

My burger 1/4 lb w cheese, no pickles – no onions, was disgustingly RAW. Never again!! I’ll drive the extra 2 miles for safer food distribution.
FOLLOW UP: NO ONE AT DRIVE THROUGH, LET ALONE MANAGEMENT, OFFERED TO MAKE IT RIGHT AFTER I SHOWED THEM THE TIME STAMPED PHOTOS THE FOLLOWING DAY. IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN I’M DRIVING STRAIGHT TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WITH MY FOOD AS IS.

I visit this McDonald’s fairly frequently, and something I’ve noticed is that the cleanliness of the dining area really varies. Sometimes it’s fine, but other times there’s a real problem.
Edit: I was at this McDonald’s this morning (3/10/20) and the person working in the food prep area, a young man, dropped the spatula he was using on the floor.
Instead of putting the spatula aside to be washed later, he just picked it up and put in back in the food storage area, obviously intending to use it again. Neither he nor any of the female employees nearby who saw this seemed to think there was anything wrong with this.
I will not be visiting this McDonald’s for a while.
