I waited for 2 drinks. Thats all. For 30 minutes. The service is horrible and its always takes forever. They were also supposed to bring the drinks to my car but we had to go inside to get them. Food is fine but the atmosphere and service are horrible. Also one of my other orders were wrong. I asked for onions on one burger and pickles with no cheese on the other and they did not achieve either.

This was the cleanest McDonalds I’ve been to in years. Although I did not eat their food—my husband did. He tried out the chicken Big Mac meal with large fries and the works. He enjoyed it as we decided to grab a table for him to eat this quick bite.
What I was most impressed with was how clean the interior of restaurant was— every table was spotless. There was not a crumb on the floor, and one of the workers mopped the floor almost continuously.
I commend the workers of this McDonald’s were taking pride in their job, providing professional service and maintaining a spotless establishment.

After a long day of work all i wanted was two mcchickens. Instead the night shift on january 13th around 10pm gave me someone’s old order of mchicken w ketchup only when i didn’t order that. Do you know how disgusting an old mcchicken w only ketchup on it tastes? Making sure to never get food from the night crew again.. makes sense why they’re working night shift at mcdonald’s.

Not the first time this location has screwed up. Not only was my order wrong, I was charged twice for one item and then charged for an item I did not want. They would not give me my fries until I paid for them again. It would probably help if they had people who could communicate and speak English well enough to do such a simple freaking job. Observed other people having problems with their order as well. There were about 7 employees in the back and no one up front to take orders in a timely fashion.
Will NOT be going to this location again. We’ll stick to Chick-fil-A from now on.

The food quality is good and I usually get my order right, But at between the hours of 4 and 7 pm they have someone working in the drive through who’s first language isnt english and that’s okay, but he’s extremely rude and doesn’t know how to control his tone and will cut you off if he doesn’t understand you. He needs to be trained properly.

Very poor services. I order to eat in and one the employee didn’t even say anything she didn’t greeted me and I said thank you to her she just walked away very poor service. The fries are cold and snacks wraps over with spicy sauce.

I only got one item from my mobile order correctly. No toy, no apple, no milk were given — how many times do I have to go back and forth to the store? Then why even take the order in the first place if you’re not going to give the items properly? Everyone inside seemed too busy chatting to pay attention…
