It’s McDonald’s! It’s tasty but not healthy! Judge me all you want but the Mcgriddle is so good it should be outlawed. Coffee snobs get over it true coffee drinkers will tell you it’s a tasty beverage. I agree it’s tasty just served to HOT. So you are a few ice cubes and drink it black. Oh the Hash browns they are fried delicious golden brown breakfast treats!

My go to is the sausage egg and cheese Mcgriddle meal. It’s a delicious meal for when you aren’t in the North East and can’t get a real Bacon egg and cheese!.

The Atmosphere- it’s McDonald’s. This McDonald’s on Alban road is very clean.

Notorious for serving people cold food. The fries always taste like they’ve been sitting for hours. They Never get your Doordash order correctly. Something is always missing…even when the receipt is stating exactly what should be in the bag…

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. One of the girls working there was impossible to understand and had a very bad attitude. Instead of helping, she made the situation worse. Totally unprofessional behavior. I felt insulted and unwelcome. Definitely deserves 1 star.

This is the worst McDonald’s that is 24 hour around in Springfield. The manager, which was a small Filipino lady, Did not honor my free rewards. So then I had to wait another 15 minutes to order my food and get my free rewards. She held up the line so bad that it took other people around 20 minutes to get their food. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any McDonald’s. I don’t know her name, but she is a small Filipino lady and she is the manager. She could’ve made things right and honored it, But she chose to hold up the line and have me going home without any food. It kind of sucks that this is my local McDonald’s and the closest one to me. I wish I had another one that was 24 hours because the management in this restaurant needs to change ASAP. This was on November 15 12:30 AM. Terrible experience ever. I could’ve recorded, but that would’ve been extremely rude. Plus, the food is never fresh. The bread is always hard and the fries come out so soggy like it’s been sitting in grease. I love McDonald’s, but I do not recommend coming to this location never.

Yesterday was my first time here. I came to buy a kids’ combo meal, and the girl who served me was in a very bad mood, angry. I greeted her, but she didn’t respond. When I got home, my chicken nuggets were missing from my box. So I went back to the restaurant, and the girl was still very angry, with a terrible attitude. She didn’t apologize or anything, as if they were giving me the food for free. I went there to buy food, not to be treated like that. So, bad service.

The evening of December 08 2025, my companion and I visited your establishment with the intention of ordering a meal.

Despite a considerable wait, we observed several employees engaged in conversation and primarily attending to the drive-through service, while in-store customers, including ourselves, waited for assistance. Of particular concern was the sight of multiple meal boxes that had reportedly fallen to the floor and were subsequently restacked, raising immediate hygiene questions regarding food safety.

During this wait, an employee, later identified as a manager named Carolyn, approached me and inquired if I was recording with my phone. Upon my denial, she proceeded to the back of the store, where she allegedly informed other staff members that I was, in fact, recording. This individual then remained out of sight, leaving myself and other patrons, who were ahead of us in line, unattended for an extended period. When she eventually returned, she continued to disregard our presence. Upon finally attracting her attention and respectfully inquiring why our order was being overlooked, her response was delivered with an unacceptably rude and dismissive demeanor, an observation that was also noted by other patrons present.

Recognizing the deteriorating situation, I sought assistance from male manager, who graciously offered to accommodate our meal. While I appreciate his effort, the manager’s prior conduct had generated a palpable negative atmosphere, leaving me with considerable apprehension about consuming the food. What began as an expectation for a pleasant dining experience devolved into deep discomfort and disappointment.

To be subjected to such an unprofessional and discourteous interaction, particularly from a manager, is profoundly disheartening. We had specifically chosen your establishment for our evening meal, passing up other options, and this experience unfortunately left us questioning that decision. The overall service we received was notably indifferent and unwelcoming. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that appropriate action will be taken to address these significant concerns.

Just went through drive through. Ordered and paid for a large 10 piece meal a kids 4 piece and a snack wrap. Got to where I was going to find out they gave me a half full medium fry instead of the large o ordered and only 1 ranch cup when I asked for ranch for both the 10 piece and the 4 piece. Don’t think we will be back.

Yesterday, I went to buy the new Grinch McMeal and asked for chicken nuggets and extra fries. The cashier was very friendly, but the person who handed me the food gave me a weird look. When I asked if they included the nuggets and fries, she said “yeah” begrudgingly. After getting home, I realized the nuggets were missing. I went back and told the manager, who called the employee over. She came over looking upset and basically told me I was wrong, then left without apologizing. The manager called her out, but she didn’t seem to care, and neither of them apologized. Time6:27PM date 12/4/25

Worst service ever. I would never return and advise others to be prepared for a nasty treatment and food. The workers seemed to have an attitude, as if they were not being paid for their work. I requested two sauces, but they refused, stating that they only provide extra sauces with nugget purchases, despite my willingness to pay. It seems they want to be the authority in a small establishment. Save your money and dine at a different McDonald’s.
