I love the layout of this particular McDonald’s. It’s unique with the different areas to dine all in different directions and stylistically enhanced by the glass-walled hallways connecting all three dining areas.
The service was good. We ordered via kiosk and received our big order quickly, as requested. They got our order right. We were in there less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and cordial.

I’m just shocked! I ordered a strawberry shake for the child and a cappuccino for myself through home delivery. Dasher delivered quickly and externally the paper bag was well closed without damage. When I was giving drinks, I was very upset! The coffee was very slightly warm, as if it had been cold for a long
time. Well, I admit that they poured one, okay, I’m at home and I’ll heat it up in the microwave, but it’s not good. But most of all, I was outraged that the lid of my cappuccino glass was opened, it was not new, not clean, but already used earlier. The lid was stained and there were dried stains from an old drink on it, as if it had been taken out of a trash can and put on my glass! I’m just in shock. Guys, I’m not a pig to drink from a used lid after someone!! You saved on the lid but lost more, the customer and trust cannot be returned.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This location was a very very and I mean VERY dissatisfying experience. 1/1/2026 at 12:58 am we were waiting at the drive thru after 4 what seem to be young adults decide to hold up the line BY ORDERING IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE ON FOOT. We place an order. Ranch snack wrap, 10 piece mcnuggets, 2 medium fries, and a medium carmel frappe. Seems simple right. WRONG.
This foolish, idiotic, selfish young adults didn’t paid for their order they paid someone else’s. When we come forward we paid for their ORDER. After that, they MIXED UP OUR ORDER. After asking for our order and order number they toke 5 WHOLE MINUTES to find our order. They eventually found our order but did compensate for the order difference that we had to pay. After that we ask for the manager, HE SEEMED UNDER AGE. He didn’t care about the situation and the lady next to the person that gives you food is like “what happened” “what happened”. This is common sense YOU AND YOUR TEAM MIXED UP OUR ORDER. Never coming back, reporting to corporate.

Trying to eat breakfast and one of the employees is sitting at one of the tables having the loudest conversation I have ever heard on a phone. Her voice is echoing off the walls. I couldn’t even think straight as she rambled on and on. McDonald’s is hard enough to eat at these days with the prices and food portions going down hill. I brought up the employee to the people at the counter and they looked high and their eyes were so glazed over I just walked out.

I frequent this McDonald’s. Today will be the last. I have always used the drive thru today for the first time I go in because I had to use the services and was told by the manager that if I didn’t order I could not use the restroom I asked if this was a McDonald’s policy and she indicated that it definitely is. Also the bathroom was in horrible shape.

I had a great experience at the McDonald’s on Arlington Blvd. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and efficient service. Maritza, in particular, stood out as an exceptional employee. She was very polite and courteous, taking my order quickly and making sure everything was accurate. I ordered many times from this McDonald’s on Uber Eats, and I NEVER received the sauce which should be in the combo of the nuggets. How can I eat that nuggets without the sauce. HOW? And I NEVER get the sauce! Ok today I specifically ordered the sauce on its own because I was worried they wouldn’t send it again, in the end they didn’t even include the nuggets……..PLZ just SHUT DOWN…
