I was across the street doing my laundry at the laundromat and I wanted a snack so I drove over to McDonald’s, (Rising sun MD)it’s pretty late at night at this point, about 2 am and the customer service was really awesome. Great interaction with the lady at the first window, and the guy handing me the food at the next. He was super sweet, and friendly.

I wouldn’t describe this as a “fast food” restaurant. I’ve been here a few times in a row and routinely you wait for 15-20 minutes and pull to a parking space. If you have somewhere to be go anywhere else. Don’t buy this overpriced garbage. It’s faster, healthier and cheaper to support local business.

The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and of course I held up the line because I wanted a deal in my app. The girl working the drive thru couldn’t have been more patient if she tried. She was friendly and helpful and truly the only reason I would ever give a McDonalds 5-stars.

The tables were all dirty and the whole lobby had not been cleaned and it was around 9pm when I went inside. They were not busy at all. The drink area was dirty with soda spilt everywhere and straws lids and napkins all over the place. Other than. It having trash on the floor an on almost every table and food on the seats an ketchup packets the service was good and the food was good.

Delicious ….fast and quick. Food was hot and the service was one of the best I’ve experienced at the different locations on my travels. I highly recommend this McDonald’s for a fast and courteous meal. Also the bathroom was exceptionally clean as was the serving area. I definitely will give them the 5 star’s for my experience. Keep it up guy’s!!!

Stopped here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The cashier was very pleasant. There was an elderly gentleman (James) who brought the orders to the table and offered coffee refills. He also kept the tables and floors exceptionally clean!! This is the first time l have EVER given a 5 star to any McDonald’s, but this particular one deserved it!! Hopefully everyone’s experience was as pleasant as mine!!
