26FEB.2026 My 3rd time in several years being in this McD’s location and it was a wonderful experience.
The 2 make mgr.’s that were on duty around 4(ish)pm, thank you for fixing another McD’s(Jefferson Ave Knoxville, MD)mistake. I appreciate your service and patience. This is how chicken strips are suppose to look like.

I have no problem paying for extra pickles, but I cannot understand why, whenever I go and specifically speak could I please have extra pickles on the cheeseburger, I end up with two or less. I dont eat out much and all I asked for was extra pickles smh

You can smell sewage in the lobby! We couldn`t eat our food. One employee said it has been like that for years, then manager made excuses it because renovations. Health department called.

Not a big fan of the redesign. Only one double sided booth in the whole place. No drink dispensers. Small playspot inside. Colors are not warm. Glad I usually drive thru…and they are still the best at that!

For service after midnight, perfect. Everyone was nice and the food was hot and fresh. Got my whole meal with points so if you don’t have the app yet, get it. I even dined in and it was nice and clean.

Happens every time – I usually always come thru the drive thru but seems like every single time I go to this “Fast Food Restaurant”, its anything but fast. When I try to get my order, I usually tell the employee who’s working the drive thru what I want, easy right, but they always get confused and after I’m done telling them about three times what I would like, its like 5 minutes have passed trying to get a morning sandwich with a coffee, simple. So why does it take SO long to go thru this drive thru and many many times I get people who don’t understand what they’re offering, that’s the biggest frustration when the employees say “what” or “I don’t understand” and then it has to go to the manager I’m assuming, who clearly understands what I’m saying. This is one McDonalds I would easily say, get ready for a non-fast food restaurant, because by the time your order gets in, you’ll be there stressed. The last person who helped me was so bad, and he was working in the evening late at night and had a big mustache, didn’t get his name but it was so bad that I had to go into the store where they were playing loud Mexican music, after spending 5 minutes at the drive thru and he still didn’t get what I was asking. Happily the manager – Cathy, was so helpful seeing that I was a bit stressed and upset that she made it easy for me and didn’t ask a lot of questions, thank goodness for people like her, who clearly understand when all we want is a simple burger and fries that shouldn’t take 10 minutes in a fast food place. This is one place would say if you go there, get ready for the wait and people who just don’t get it.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Every time I uber from them they take 30-1hr to prepare my food. And they always miss an item when I add a second item that isn’t from the meal.

I hate ubering from this place. Whenever I do they always take almost an hour to prepare my food I’m not even exaggerating. I would order at like 10pm and they always take such a massive long time and I don’t order that many things either. A nugget meal
