I took my 8 year old son to go buy the “Grinch Meal” he was so excited! When placing the order at the drive through I repeated my order 3x I wanted the 10 piece nugget grinch meal and then I also got a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Pull to the first window which was the man who took my order. He told me $20 , handed him a $20 he flagged me to goto the next window but I wanted my receipt because I thought it was odd to have exactly $20 bill and to be honest I figured he messed up my order since he kept asking. So when I asked for my receipt he then hands me $1 I’m sure he does this often and can you imagine how much money he would have at the end of his shift if no one bothered asking for a receipt?! Pull up to the next window get my food and I’m like where is all the special grinch stuff? They said I didn’t order that and I told them I did but the man didn’t understand me so they said that it would be $6 more dollars for the grinch meal. I basically paid $6 for a pair of socks and a grinch salt packet. No special box or fries as advertised. My son was so bummed so now you pissed me off so here’s my bad review!!!

Sat at your drive through screen for 5 minutes at 6:35 this morning. No one took my order. Pulled up to both windows and not one person could be seen. This isn’t the first time either. You are open so why are you not taking orders at the speaker?! Couldn’t get my breakfast before work.

I have to confess… McDonald’s and Starbucks are my most reliable go to places when I need to use the restroom on my roadtrips. I don’t believe in taking without giving. Today, I got a medium strawberry milkshake and medium fries as a snack. I dint remember the last time I got a shake at McDonald’s. The shorter young Asian lady behind the counter was so nice. She asked if I wanted whipped cream in my shake. She had my order filled at top speed!! She was fast! And nice too. The milkshake and fries are delicious! Thank you!!

Bought an item for 2 dollars with 12 cents of tax. They did not have the item. One of the employees said “one second” and ran back and started bagging and doing 10 other things before finally getting his coworker to come up and refund me. Instead of giving me the full amount back they just gave me 2 dollars. 12 cents were stolen from me. I had also asked for a water cup before this had even happened and they only gave it to me after I received my “refund”. On top of all this they got an item on my order completely wrong. I ordered a mccrispy and they gave me a wrap with a mccrispy sticker. Keep in mind there were only 2 people in the resturaunt yet the employees were running around like it was rush hour. Never coming back.

When I first walked in I was welcomed by employees. My first impression of the place was really good. The table were well clean, and there was employees walking around making sure the restaurant was clean. The decoration of the place is and pleasant. Food gets to you in less than 5 minutes. I had a small coffee with a hashbrown for only 3.69!!! Since there was an offer of 99€ for an iced coffee.

I tried to order breakfast for the family via delivery through the app. They said it was being prepared, took my money 3 times and when I called they said it was doordashs fault. Called McDonalds after talking to DoorDash multiple times and now I’m out money

The employees were really hustling today as the restraunt was extremely busy. This McDonalds is set up so there is really no face to face interaction with employees because you order from kiosks in the lobby. Once I placed my order, I received it in a matter of minutes. The food was prepared just right and was nice and hot. Overall I had a good dining experience today.
