I truly hate leaving bad reviews but constant bad visits have left me to leave one. My order is only correct if I order on my app before 8am, then my coffee is great. If I order in person it’s wrong every single time and no one is able to communicate to fix it.

My order is always off, when I choose to stop at this McDonald’s The meal is never prefect. Something is always worthy of me complaining about. They may give you a good burger, but, the fries are cold. Or the fries are perfect, but, they give you a burger or old bread. They may even completely forget to give you your drink when you have ordered a meal! Listen, get it together over there!

I wish I could give a zero. Horrible customer service and zero comprehension skills (they thought I ordered drive thru but I didn’t. I placed a counter pick up b/c I don’t drive. They insisted I would not receive my food nor a refund. I asked for the manager twice & eventually she came up still not giving me my food then they realized they made a mistake after having me there 15-20 extra minutes after doing the mobile app 10 minutes before arrival, there was no apology, only attitude shoving my food and walking off). I probably will not return. This is the 3rd problem I’ve had within this particular McDonald.

This mcdonalds is horrible I hate coming because the employees are rude! Even the ones who barely speak English! Everytime it is always something missing! And then they tell u to drive back around or come in! That is ridiculous! The only thing nice about this mcdonalds is the location!

The play place is gone and has been for a while. It still shows up on the McDonald’s website. We drove pretty far for the kids to have a place to play indoors during the rain update the website.

The staff are always rude in the tone that they speak and never polite. I thought McD was considered fast food? I ordered 30 mins prior to getting my food today. I asked politely about my food and the young lady says “I’m workingggggg on ittttt, I’m workingggg on itttt” with a rude and sarcastic voice.

Me and my friends placed mobile orders and tried to pick them up through the drive through because that’s all that was open since it was late. The lady at the window was not very nice at all and said that one of our orders wasn’t there. We ordered at the right location, it charged her bank account, and got sent an email confirmation. We tried SO hard to be patient and be kind to the workers but we got frustrated because they just kept telling us that they didn’t have the order!! Eventually we ended up getting the order but it took 30 minutes!!!!!! at a drive through!!!!! I hate having to raise my voice or be rude to workers but after 30 minutes of someone telling you that they won’t give you the food that you have paid for we had no choice! girl you SUCK. ik the system was glitching BUT it costs nothing to be kind

I ordered from this place before. I never thought I would have to type this but I bought some fries and while I was eating one, it had a piece of metal in one of my fries. If I had swallowed, we would’ve had an even critical situation. I don’t know how something like that could’ve happened but just be on alert . I could’ve literally died today if I didn’t know it was metal in my food.Ridiculous.
