I ordered a large coke and no monopoly pieces on my cup. None of the other locations have run out yet. It’s too soon since the promotion began to run out. When special events are in place, you your job to order more. It’s not right for people to purchase game piece items and not receive the pieces.

I’ve had 2 bad experiences at this location. The 1st one, I stopped for breakfast. I recieved an sausage, egg and cheese McDuffie, which had egg shells all in the egg. The 2ndtime, I stopped by for lunch and recieved the worst order of mcdonald’s French fries EVER! They were BROWN and crunchy! Not golden and delicious as other fresh cooked batch of fries from any other mickey D’s. It was tragic!

The employee Emma who is a cashier here really made my day. I witnessed her go over and above what is required for customer service. She deserves the $15 per hour wage here.I don’t know her personally but she is one of the reasons why I give this McDonald’s 5 . This McDonald’s is consistently courteous fast and has a well trained friendly staff especially drive through.Managers are often found working with the other crew members keeping things moving along.

This young lady at the drive-through be giving some attitude in the window. As if she is giving up the food for free. people paying for their food for the attitude????. Nobody got time for that, pointing your finger and say hold on right there I’m coming like for real??? speaking Mexican language that you never understand when you’re asking her questions she close the window so hard on you like what is Wrong with her? like I’m paying my money for my food. It’s not free so what she doing???? please somebody gotta talk to her. She’s not the owner of McDonald’s plus McDonald’s been there before she was born so she gotta behave on that window or she go inside the kitchen and cook or mop the floors smh

I have eaten here many times over the years and never had a problem. This time, I went through the drive thru, ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg meal with a large OJ. Pulled up to the window and paid. Pulled up to the next window to pick up my order. I was handed my bag of food and then told to move forward. I thought it was odd since I just got my food and was just waiting for my OJ, but ok. While I’m waiting for my drink, I decided to start eating. I finished the hash brown, and still no drink. Grabbed my sandwich and started eating that. I just put the last bite in my mouth when my drink finally came out, almost 15 minutes to get a large OJ is quite aggravating. I pulled off, put the straw in the cup and started drinking my orange colored water that I just paid $3.00 for. I should have turned around and requested a replacement, but I was already running late and couldn’t wait another 15 minutes for them to remake a cup of orange juice. Make sure you check everything before you pull off from any fast food place.

The food was excellent it was hot and tasty. I appreciate that because it was kind of later in the day and most places don’t cook hot food at this time. The girl who took our order was very helpful because my aunt had a coupon for the smoky bacon quarter pounder a d they didn’t have it anymore so she informed my aunt they didn’t have that but could get the regular quarter pounder. All in all everything was great.
