I hadn’t had a whopper in so so long…just got done working a hard day and was starving and craving a delish Whopper I was giddy with excitment… Literally drooling…and now I sit waiting for a hopefully warm burger At $17 for a burger,fries, and drink it had better dam be warm…just cooked rite…should be frikkin hot. Why bother doing your job right when you’re a franchise who could care less about the customer. They screw up every order, turnover is constant, they are rude, heck I even got a chicken sandwhich with no chicken. Their corporate side will offer you a $10 coupon and that’s about that. I’d avoid this location at all costs.

Order three orders of French toast sticks. When I got home realized they weren’t burnt. I couldn’t return because my granddaughters had been dropped off to me for the day. I called and they lady was extremely rude stating no one had been in to order that many. I went to look for the receipt not in the bag. I confirmed it was the right location. She kept repeating herself that no one had ordered that. I told her I was 53 and not going to lie about some French toast stick she sad she was done talking and hung up.

CO2 was out so no sodas were carbonated. This would be fine if we were notified before our purchase so that we could decide not to get sodas. Unfortunately the person in charge was throwing a fit and in general very bad behavior towards the customers about customers in the drive through coming into the store to say that their soda was flat and try to get a refund or compensation in some way.

Overall, good food and nice people. The drive-through always has, or 90% of the time, has some on in line ordering food. That’s a good thing because it’s always about location, location, and location. It’s conveniently located at a good intersection, too.

Nice friendly employees most times. They just need to take lessons from McDonald’s on how to cook chicken nuggets. Burger King has over cooked them everytime and they feel and taste like hockey pucks.
