This location is a go-to for me. They always serve me hot food, and the customer service is impeccable. An employee by the name of Talia was very helpful when my order was incorrect, she managed to collect my missing items, and I was also compensated for the inconvenience.

I mean food is just McDonalds, nothing new. It’s OK for what it is. Definitely took longer to get my order than other franchises. After I ate I tried using the restroom and it was locked. They said that the bathroom isn’t for public use.
I asked what about paying customers. The person at the register said no, that earlier there was even an altercation with the manager for not having bathrooms available. Definitely other McDonald’s you can go to.

Ordered a sausage McMuffin but please remove the sausage and ADD EXTRA ROUND EGG. They didn’t do that.
Ordered a bacon egg mcgriddle but please REMOVE THE BACON AND ADD EXTRA ROUND EGG TO THE FOLDED EGG ALREADY THERE. So WHY WOULD YOU REMOVE THE FOLDED EGG???It wouldn’t have mattered if I just said egg mcgriddle add extra round egg would it?? How could you mess up an order that bad? I made a mobile order and they said it never went through. I showed my receipt to prove I paid for my food and they told me the app was different. I saw other people getting their food from the app. But mine was somehow lost. They told me to take the Lost.

I wish I could leave 0 stars overall. I keep saying to myself stop patronizing at these fast food places. Well after today, I am officially done.
I was not having the best mornings but I wanted to refuel my energy by eating something for breakfast. There are not too many place near me or in route to work open for me to grab anything, so I ordered via Uber Eats. Once my phone arrived, my order was completely wrong. There was no cream or sugar in the small coffee that came with the meal, no straw in the bag for the iced coffee (which was the only good thing out of my entire order), the hashbrown was cold and the worst of all I was served a steak egg and cheese bagel sandwich covered in what appears to be off a burnt griddle.
Unfortunately I could not leave work to drive this back to the establishment, but had to wait after work to not receive a sincere apology nor offered my money back. The only incentive was a male manager, I assumed remade the sandwich, after 2:30 pm. What am I going to do with a breakfast sandwich this late in the evening?
The lack of empathy is what bothers me. Yes I am aware this is a fast food place, but I wonder would the staff ate that snafwich or served this to their loved ones, or better yet would they serve it to the regional manager?

I understand worker shortage, but please hire people who take a job seriously when involving food or anything that can affect our health. It was too busy for any type of play time, an employee arrived at her shift and then left. With the filth on the floor, I thought if the guys are just standing there that someone should get a broom and dustpan. Fast forward, finally after the long wait since I ordered curbside, but had to go in. So, while the food was not hot and the fries looked very old, I saw the guy who had just taken out chicken nuggets, threw them in the box and tossed the box to the front line then was told by the frustrated manager to sweep. I understand her frustration because the employee who came and left caused her to not have an employee to cover the front. But, as far as the employee sweeping, the gloves were not changed after. This is very disappointing. Change needs to happen.

I wrote a review 3 months ago and I really must report that my beef has been rectified completely!!!! There is a new morning mgr. X2 and they are great. My order is ready when I walk in the door. They are familiar with me. It’s nice to be known by staff.
If they need improvement it’s in the evening and afternoon. It is sometimes slow and know one mans thee cash register.
