Update 4/21/25 this place is a total joke cant make a simple egg mcmuffin or even give u warm burger let alone good luck if you get everything smfh!! Do better 9 times outta 10 the food is wrong,missing or absolutely horrible!!literally just got a quater pounder meal and its ice cold and enough ketchup and mustard to build a dozen of them will never be returning…. Haven’t been to this location in years due to poor quality of food and being dirty…so we go today since it’s been remodeled from the ground up!place was absolutely packed inside and out did a mobile order had my food in about 7-10 mins perfectly ok time frame with them being soo busy..customer service was great place was very nice and clean inside but let down with the food..fries and my kids nuggets were great but the sandwich was ehh slapped together..I feel like in no time it will be just like before if your letting food quality slip being busy just opening..I hope not but we shall see.keep the food fresh and properly put together think it could do very well again like North point does.

Man, I could write a whole paper on this place. Let’s start with how every order is WRONG in some way. Back in spring, I got so aggravated because our DoorDash McDonald’s order was wrong for the millionth time that I drove up there for them to fix it. That was a whole ordeal. I tried being respectful but was aggravated that I even had to drive up there after paying to have it delivered. I was treated as if I was inconveniencing them, and it took forever.

The employees barely respond, if you can even get them to answer you. I’ve ordered curbside a few times and the wait is horrendous. I had to go inside to fetch my order out of fear that it would end up being cold or taken by someone else. I mentioned that I had been waiting for a long period, and they said “oh sorry, we didn’t see anyone out there”.

We moved over to this area back in January and it’s been terrible. I have kids, and they love their McDonald’s. That is the only reason I’ve given this one so many chances. The one on North Point is five star dining compared to Wise AVE. I wish I could say I was joking, but this location is disgusting. My kids wanted to eat inside over the summer. I was a little hesitant, but I figured what the heck let’s do it. It was insanity inside. Preteen aged kids in there swearing and yelling, talking about things children shouldn’t be talking about. Vulgar. And I’m far from a prude. The rest of the customers looked like they were homeless, dirty or on drugs. I’m not trying to be rude, but it wasn’t somewhere I felt comfortable eating with my children. Seriously.

Tonight was the final straw for me. It wasn’t nothing different this time, but I’m just done. One of the slurpees was wrong size and wrong flavor, no straws, fries were cold and hard, and the double cheese burger was ice cold. I wanted to throw up. Like really. How long had that been sitting there. I think the health department would have a frenzy in this place especially if they stopped by unannounced.

I totally felt like a Karen looking up McDonald’s to write this complaint, but I saw others had the same exact issues. Not surprising at all. It’s like an ongoing joke with my kids with what will be wrong or missing this time.

We will be taking our business over to North Point location from now on. Hope you guys can turn it around eventually.

Ordered on app, pulled in drive thru, 2 other cars were served at the 2nd lane before I was. I ordered a burger with no pickles, fries and a tea. Was told to wait at the 3rd window. 6 cars were served before I was handed my food which was cold and awful by the time I got it. Do t recommend

It may just be me, but over the years McDonald’s food quality has gone down the tubes. This location is no exception to that. The food that I got was more grease than it was food and my request for toppings was either ignored or done to the extreme. I get that burgers make a mess when you close up boxes quickly, but there is no reason why my hands should be coated in ketchup and Greece just trying to pick the burger up off of the wrapper going back into the store for any kind of refund or replacement food is a joke. You get looked at like you’re lying to them, and the food you get in return is poorer quality than the food that you brought in to begin with it almost makes it to the point that you don’t even want to bother ordering from there because the food is not going to come out hot or tasty, and there is no recourse for if you don’t like the food. Not to mention it seems like every manager in there has a severe attitude problem and hates their life if you are not able to work in customer service then you need to move on because that type of service is unacceptable

Anytime I order delivery ie grub hub or door dash. They never get the order right. It’s always missing items. The last order I received was missing the fries and soda. I only ordered a combo meal. So all I got was the sandwich. Unbelievable

Not open for 24hrs!!!! Went to get food just to be greeted by a rude worker stating that I need to refund my order using the app (which takes 1-7 DAYS in case you were wondering). They need to update their hours to actually reflect the clear and evident gap in their times. Do better.

I have had many issues with this location, I even used to work there many many years ago and it was not this bad.

The workers play around too much on the night shift, not only that but the drive through will consistently take like 10-15 minutes for a employee to speak to you, this has happened like 4-5 times the past month and when they finally speak to you after waiting that long to get a answer they tell you they aren’t taking orders right now.

Whenever you order through another service like Doordash, the orders 70% of the time are wrong, there was one time where I ordered 3 separate days and the meal was missing something or didn’t follow the instructions for the order. The consistency from this location is horrible on getting orders right normally but through services like Doordash the consistency is way worse on getting orders right.

Also I noticed this location never properly makes their McGriddles correctly and microwaves them instead of using the toaster ovens like they are supposed to just to be faster which ruins the quality. The griddle buns are mushy and gross instead of having that baked crisp feel. Every other location in the area does it the right way but this location is lazy, mostly night shifts but even when I get food on days it’s the same.

Sadly I work nights and am forced to come to this location being the only 24 hour one around the area.

Everytime I put a order in for Uber I’m always missing something like the large fry or the SAUCES that I always never get tonite was the cheese burger frys and the sauce I order 3 got zero big Mac asked for extra sauce and it was dry frys cold nuggets they were tiny like 2 of them was like 1 and it’s always this one one wise

You can update the building , but not the employees. Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for 3 burgers the were also the quality of your service. Worst restaurant around this area
