I had a humiliating and horrible experience at this McDonald’s drive-through in the last week of November 2025, in the 10 AM hour.
First, the customer service number posted on the drive-through window is useless. No one answers for this location. When you call, you reach an answering service with a woman who says someone from McDonald’s will call you back. She’s very careful not to give her name, and her statement is simply false. I called and left messages at least twice back in November 2025. No one ever returned my calls……
As for the visit itself: a young woman handed me my breakfast order. A few minutes down the road, I realized it was wrong—they forgot the cheese on my sandwich. Fine. Mistakes happen. I went back through the drive-through and explained the issue.
To my surprise, she seemed not to believe me and asked for my receipt. Seriously? I gave her both the receipt and the sandwich. She “examined” them(unbelievable), then took the sandwich to the back and added cheese to the same sandwich.
That’s gross. You throw the old sandwich away and make a new one. At least, that’s how it used to be done. Re-serving a returned sandwich feels like a sanitation issue.
The associate eventually admitted they messed up, but the damage was already done. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years, and this experience was enough to make me stop for good. The management and customer service here are extremely poor.
I’ve worked in customer service myself. When the fix is simple, you take care of the customer, especially when they clearly aren’t trying to scam you over something as minor as cheese on a breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, this location clearly doesn’t care, which explains why no one ever calls you back after leaving a message.

This McDonald’s is one of the best I’ve visited. My food is always hot and delicious and the service here is great. There’s a young man that works in the mornings (I wish I knew his name) who is super on point, friendly and upbeat! He’s awesome! He has a ponytail and I believe he’s a manager.

The new improvements are definitely changing my perspective about this location… surprisingly, some things can still be improved (like a lil Team Defense System/security) I’m seeing way too much employee bullying frm the public tht needs to be addressed by management immediately, whnevr it is happening to these good ppl …Just being honest… however frm managements, to the cooks & crews rather morning, evening/afternoon Simply Marvelous w/everything

I order here all the time. This location has always been one that was the, ” better McDonald’s”. That still hold true. Some of the folks here can be a little extra but the food is always right when I pick it up and let’s be honest… that’s the only reason I’m there.

I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews as I work in customer service and understand people fabricate or lie about bad experiences when posting these but sometimes it’s warranted. When I got home and opened my “Sausage egg McMuffin” (see photo) from this McDonalds location I couldn’t help myself. You used to have to just look in the bag to make sure all your items were there, now I guess we have to open each item individually to confirm….

Update 06-10-2022 extremely rude and incompetent employees 30$ worth of food every sandwich wrong food was pratically thrown at me when asked why i was still standing there said i had 2 drinks and milkshake woman threw her hands in the air said whatever walked away another woman comes over slides the drinks across the counter at me and laughed..not very professional. Maybe the workers should stay off the phones and maybe they could do their job. I will be disputing the charge and getting a full refund place has went down hill since the remodel sad…. *Previous review my go to McDonald’s when I stay at my significant others place..they always super nice,clean and the food is always fresh and on point!!never have had any bad food or complaints in the 3 years going here..please keep up the great work!

Me and my wife stop by all the time for a snack or breakfast and we never had any issues but I’m sad to write this review. We ordered a apple pie and when we came home we opened it and saw this. Its burnt and missing pieces of the actual pie and just un edible. I’m really disappointed it this since we never had any issues. I hope I never experience this again.

It is absolutely outrageous that I pull up with my son and my mother and there are THREE men standing outside of the establishment, all smoking a blunt and CLEARLY have things to sell that are NOT in any way related to McDonalds. The fact that the staff do absolutely nothing about it is unacceptable. Anyone walking in gets a contact high. Disgusting

I did a mobile order came in the establishment and was waiting for 5 min while my iced coffee sat right on the counter. When I asked for help from the girl that was in her phone for the entire time I was standing there the manager yelled and said I GOT IT and starting talking in there language which is very disrespectful especially when dealing with majority of Americans. The manager never got my drink another person got it for me. Very rude.
