I am pissed off by this McDonald’s on 25 howard st. It’s too small and makes you feel claustrophobic. Years ago, a 100 hundred people can fit in there and now, ten. The food was too salty, the cashier cheated me out of 4 cents, and was too dark inside. Black floors, black walls, and black ceilings and a broken wheel chair elevator. No outside light can barely come though. Never coming there again until they renovated and make it bigger and brighter. Smh

Mid at best. Hashbrowns were lukewarm and not hot, has an operable street-facing service window but makes you come inside to the cramped vestibule to pick up mobile orders and will send you back into the vestibule to pick it up instead of just handing it to you at the main counter if you just so happy to go all the way inside. Not very impressed and will probably not patronize again.

Worst Mcdo ever. No kiosk, no entry allowed, and no in perosn order. Only 1 person works in the cooking area, other 3peeps dunno what they need to do. For just a large fries, still waiting over 30 min. Ppl who came before me are still waiting for their orders. Cant even cancel the order.

The crew operates this McDonald’s very efficiently here! The food is delivered to customers in a timely fashion, & is exactly what the customer expects! The interior was clean for dining-in & they definitely draw a crowd for breakfast!

I order through DoorDash and order received incorrect. Large drinks were medium, got spicy sandwich vs regular crispy. Received bacon ranch chicken sandwich with no ranch on it lol. Funny part the WHOLE ORDER is listed on the receipt tapped to front of bag but on a better note, the food arrived hot and all other items were correct
