Just left this McDonalds after ordering a sausage,egg & cheese McMuffin w/ a hash brown & sweet tea. Only to open the bag and find a regular egg McMuffin. I’m not going back in because I am in a hurry, but how do you mess up such a basic order??? They were not even busy and when did McDonalds stop toasting their McMuffin? I rarely eat at McDonalds and this trip reminds me why. Do better people!

The absolute worse service ever and there’s no point in trying to communicate with MGT as it get you no where! My work has me on the road and regrettably I find myself hustling from site to site which leads me to routinely visiting fast food and this McDonald’s on 648/Rt2 is so bad! For years it was typically ever third or fourth order that was messed up in some way, and now I have had my last three orders jacked up! They just can’t get the code and then they blamed me saying it must have entered the wrong address, no it’s not me! These problems only occur at this location and if we’re lucky enough to get the code then something ends up missing or it a wrong size. I hate leaving reviews and honestly I’m too busy to take the time but these are the absolute rock bottom and the m send a letter into corporate and now will be forced to cross the street to the other McDonalds or Chickfila! This was supposed to be a large and it took 4500 points off and yet once again it was wrong!

Not sure what’s up this morning inside this location! A 13 or 14 year old in front of me was trying to explain that husband breakfast was missing some items and at first they were argumentative with him then finally gave him his pancakes.
I was just getting an iced coffee. She handed it to me while looking the other was and gossiping with a coworker. The iced coffee wasn’t mixed or stirred.

Previous: Guys, I love you to death, but if you’re going to charge almost $5 dollars for some fries, would you please at least fill them to the top? The design fries on the inside of the container surpass that which was filled 2/3 full. SUPER disappointed!

Man at the drive through barely spoke English and kept adding the wrong stuff to the order and he was very rude at the window. Then when I got my sandwich it came out with a pickle on the bottom which made the sandwich soggy and they gave me two patties? Kinda funny not gonna lie
