Had to drive up there 3 times for my food to be corrected at 1am while I just had surgery.
The cook did not fix my food as requested. they threw sauce on it, didn’t even have the decency to throw it back in the grease. Burger meat was cold. After my 2nd time going up there, the drive thru person was RUDE and had a attitude I was asking for my food to be completely remade as i drove home twice and my food was still wrong/old. She “fixed” it and literally did nothing but put the SAME FOOD back in the bag.
I left pissed off because at that point it was becoming a lot and left the food outside for someone who may need it. Cant even dispute it. Cant complain without going up there AGAIN because they dont answer the phone.
NEVER AGAIN over something so simple. Spent $40 for nothing and did not have the energy to keep going back in forth with the lady at the window.
