Come here all the time n always a good encounter but today 02/11/2026 both the people working at 12:00-12:20am that I was there picking up my food the lady was rude n cursed at us. There was also another guy there wasn’t rude but seemed annoyed n not our problem, again I’ve comed for a while never had a issue please fire those people and I’ll gladly remove my review, food wasn’t cooked all the way on some nuggets, n not right count n burger I asked looked mushy terribly bad

i ordered in the drive they and paid on sept 3 @ 12:40pm, when I got to the window to pick up they did not have my order correct and asked what I ordered. They had a large sprite instead of large fry. The 2 people at the window started speaking spanish to each other then handed me the bag , I said to them my hamburger isn’t even wrapped up, she rolled her eyes and again started speaking in Spanish to the other female.(assuming supervisor) I just kept the food and drove off . this is the second time I visited this location and at the pick up window they are speaking spanish to one another while you are there, seems very disrespectful to speak to another employee in another la gage while your customer is right in front of you.

Im not really sure whats with the absolute terrible service. Ive never once came to this McDonalds and ordered my food and received it right away. Im always pulled to a parking spot or the 3rd window. They arent busier than any other McDonald’s ive been too. This occasion i came and the drive thru was full i couldnt reach the speaker to order yet and employee on the other end of the speaker was constantly speaking and when i said i couldn’t get to the speaker yet he huffed. Then had an attitude when i was ordering. I understand being busy but i think they need to focus on their customer service and not there driver thru times. Plus my food is ALWAYS cold when i get moved to a spot or forward.

This location has gone so far down hill. It’s always a disappointment now. I ordered a chocolate milkshake. They handed this to me, handed it to my bf and said I don’t think there is any chocolate I this, he said I see some at the bottom, it needs to be mixed. So I get home and mix and nothing. And it isn’t like it’s busy. There was one other car. this used to be a good McD’s with pretty quality food. Thank you for ruining my cheat day you lazy people!

I’ve cut back on the fast food but every now and then I have to come back for the fries.
Unfortunately, this location seems to be deteriorating… I would refrain from coming here. Homeless people sleeping in the dining room, bathrooms filthy, and the burger only encouraging me to stay away from fast food forever. Damn you, Chikfila, for being closed on Sunday.

I swear the review from yesterday claiming that this place never gives food on time or is able to serve you at the window is spot on.
They are without a doubt the slowest location in the area, who ever runs this location needs to look at other spots and figure out what they are doing wrong.
