I don’t typically write reviews, however, I frequent this McDonald’s probably more then I should, but it’s because they are efficient and my food is always hot. Also, I have to give a shout out to Alex. He has waited on me several times in drive through now, and he is so professional, polite, and friendly. And patient with me with my special orders. Y’all are doing the thing. Keep up the good work.

Rip you off McDonalds. Dec ’23 ordered at drivethru, they rang up the order WRONG, but I caught it right away. They said “We can’t change the order because you paid thru the app.” Once manager got involved and confirmed, I said I’ll go elsewhere, just cancel my order. To my astonishment, they said they could not again because it was paid thru the app.
They KNOW they lied when they then told me to get refund thru the app.
After trying at home to do the refund, I googled it. Their corporate website clearly says get refund from the local manager. Went back two hours later, spoke w same manager in person. He came clean and said they are supposed to do refund but the “boss-manager simply won’t allow them to do it.”
Another visit during pandemic, ~10pm, I ordered an Egg McMuffin (an all-day item) and pulled to next window. Cashier then said manager refused to “let them make me sandwich.” I looked over the shoulder of the young cashier and the manager kinda yelled, “just order something from the dinner menu.” F..orget you. They weren’t busy I was the only customer from what I could see. So, I demanded refund n left. (Payment was on CC, tho considering what happened 2023, I wonder if they issue refunds at all nowadays.).
Another visit I ordered double cheeseburger w/ extra meat patty. It came with only two patties. I handed back thru window then they gave me one w 3 patties BUT no bun! (see pic) WTH?

The absolute worst customer service of any McDonalds or fast food restaurant I’ve been to. They will mess your meal up every time and do nothing to make it right. Just today, left two sandwiches out of our breakfast, call to ask for a refund and they say they’re not serving breakfast anymore and the manager hung up on me after saying it’s not his problem. Proceeded to hang up on me 2 more times immediately after picking up when I called back. Wish I could say this is the first time a situation like this has happened, but apparently this is where the employees McDonald’s can’t fire go to work…

So, I love down the street from this McDonald’s. I stopped coming here because it was dirty, food was slow, rude workers and my order never came out right. Oh how times have changed. It is like a complete 180 inside. Everyone looks happy, the floors are clean and food actually came out in under 5 min. I was impressed. What really caught my eye was the roses. No, not fake ones, real roses on every table. It really brought the place to life, have it a wow factor. Whoever is behind these changes keep it up. You are doing such an amazing job. I will come more often.

I opened up my food and all 3 of my ranches were moldy…. i’m talking about watery green ranch. It was disgusting and appalling. I immediately threw my food away because i didn’t want to risk it. Never again.

there’s always people hanging out around the entrance doors and kids from the local highschool carrying on inside. they’re not even eating just hanging out. poor management.

Customer service was not existent. Placed a mobile order and when I arrived at 3:45am to pick it up I was told by the lady on the intercom that their systems were down. Which I then told her I already paid and can show her the order…. But apparently that wouldn’t work. So then she tells me to cancel the mobile order in which I responded “how do I do that” and mentioned the available options and she proceeded to ignore me. I said hello a couple more times and finally just pulled off as she seem to have no plans on working tonight

Service is very hit and miss at this location . Have had to go through the drive through on several occasions for missing items . Haven’t been given the happy meal for my kid multiple times .
Our food today was given to the car in front of us and they were about to hand us the food that the other car had their hands all over .
Brought our food out to us after telling them we needed new food and not what was just in someone else’s hands . They missed the happy meal again and we didn’t realize until later that we were also missing and additional side of fries . The chicken sandwich was completely burnt and not edible at all . Our fries weren’t cooked all the way . Thank god the happy meal was okay

Well, first we drove into the drive thru and nobody was on the microphone for at least 3-4 mins. Then someone comes on and takes our code, just to inform us in subtle tone that the ice cream machine is off. Then she suggest that we cancel the order and place another one. (3 business days for refund.) We place another order and waited again. When we got the order we did not receive our burger for our kids meal and another burger. We drove off because we did not want to spend another second in that drive thru.

a total of 40 minutes we will never get back.

Loss of time and money just for a quick trip to mcdonalds. They built a brand on effectiveness and quickness but hire the most incompetent people.
