This place consistently has terrible service. When you go through the drive through they always ask you to park and wait before getting your food. They do this because corporate times how long the cars are in the drive through.
By asking people to park it appears that the car was served quickly. When in actuality you are waiting for 5 to 10 minutes for your food. Multiple times have they forgotten parts of my order after an extended wait.
Want to avoid the drive through and order inside? Good luck getting anyone to talk to you inside when theres more than one customer. They often ignore the inside customers to tend to the drive through. And the drive through is still getting terrible service
Its genuinely impressive how ineffecient this store is run, and has been ran for years. They’ve built a culture where making fake times in the drive through is the priority over actually providing good customer service. After years of this I just wont spend my money here anymore. I know its a big company and they obviously dont care. I wrote this to confirm to others that they arent the only ones being ignored.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I was asked to park after ordering in the drive-thru and ended up waiting about 10 minutes. When my food was brought out, I received an Egg McMuffin (yellow wrapper with Egg McMuffin label) even though I had ordered a chicken sandwich.
I went inside politely to ask if the order was correct. Instead of helping, the employee gave me a very rude attitude and said something like, “People always open their burgers and check — you should check inside before coming in.” That response was unnecessary and unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t be spoken to like that, especially when the mistake was on their end.
Waiting is understandable, but poor customer service and attitude are not. After this experience, I can see why this location has so many negative reviews about staff behavior. Definitely needs improvement.

This McDonald’s location is consistently disappointing. You’re better off driving an extra five minutes for better service. The drive-thru is extremely slow, and management appears disorganized. My drink order was incorrect—High-C Orange was confused with a Coke—and when I asked for the correct drink, I was met with an attitude instead of an apology. To make matters worse, four meals were crammed into a single bag, with sandwiches falling out of their wrappers. Overall, this location is poorly managed and needs serious improvement.

Never go there. Take 2 hours just for 1 sandwich. Not on some days but everyday. I’ll stop coming there from today. People’s are complaining for 6 months that they are making customers park for 20 mins. Still it’s happening there. Don’t go. Management should be shame on their self. Worse McDonalds by far. So many bad experiences. Dont even use drive thru because they will end up making you park and wait 20 mins. Had undercooked food, one time i got a double q with no buns, one time they were taking orders and not telling people that there is an hour wait on food. Endless bad experiences. Only reason i go there is because its the only thing open late but had bad experiences in the day as well.

Consistently, the worst McDonald’s experience. I usually avoid this location, but occasionally visit b/c it’s convenient and hope it has gotten better… but no. Long waits, poor service, poor food quality.
Update — just tried this location again and it’s gotten WORSE! Sat for 10 mins at curbside and food never came. Went inside to get the order and the order was WRONG.

I recommend that you always make sure that the chocolate milk is not expired, because now I went shopping and they gave some expired chocolate milk to my little girl, who is only 3 years old, and she drank more than half of it, which worries me. I realized it too late, so I ask you to make sure that what happened to me doesn’t happen to you.
