This places is cheating the drive through times. Several times I have waited over 30 minutes for chicken. The restaurant locks the doors whenever they feel like it offering slow service. The manager did nothing but stand and watch the cook prep food. The wait is extremely frustrating. It will be better service if the employees were 100% and better customer service.

Everything I go it’s always through the drive thru there’s only 1 car at the windows & they still say can you hold please. No greeting or nothing. Then after a few long minutes of waiting, someone comes on the l9ud speaker and asks for my order. I tell them and they repeat it back incorrectly, I correct them, & they tell me that’s right & I proceed to the window without knowing the total, but thinking of course it’s right because it’s my order. Let’s not speak to much about portions. That’s not the cashier’s or manager’s fault. They don’t make those decisions. How do you charge over $5 for a family sized okra that is a medium sized french fry box!!!??? Make that make sense. I’ll wait….EXACTLY!!! None od us can. Just about everyone is jacking up prices and providing smaller meals. What happened to bigger portions and so larger prices? Ugh! I’m so over CC! I love the chicken but the prices are u deniably ridiculous! IJS-My opinion only.

I stopped in and I really liked the workers that were there tonight. The vibe from the manager Nikki was great and was just talking to us the way she treated all that walked in I really see why she is the manager. The cook Camp and Zy I felt like I was home in Chicago great people don’t let no one take that from yall. I will definitely return.

I had a great experience at Church’s Chicken thanks to the amazing service from Rita, the manager. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and genuinely caring about customer satisfaction. The restaurant was clean, the food was hot and fresh, and the service was fast — all thanks to Rita’s leadership. Definitely coming back again. Thank you, Rita!

when I got home to eat my smokehouse chicken I was very disappointed!!! The chicken was hard and burnt, no moisture at all, chicken skin was chewy very dry with lots of feathers on it, taste like it had been sitting under a lamp all day long! My husband couldn’t enjoy his either!!! I regret I even came to this location!!!

I went on a Tuesday and on Tuesday they have a $2 special. The special had the people lined around the building and once I went in, my order was taken with a smile by a young man who had two other people waiting. He promptly got all three of us out the door but unfortunately when I opened the box the chicken was completely burned. I’m assuming that chicken wasn’t up to full power due to it being a busy day.

I visited the Wesley chapel location today to pick up two uber eats orders. The order took over 20 min to prepare. One of the bags was not secured well. I grabbed a plastic bag from the counter and proceeded to secure the bag. The young lady with the facial piercing between her lip and nose snatched the bag back from me and told me I can’t do that. She is very rude. It’s not like I went into a restricted area to get the bag. It was a stack of them accessible on the counter. I will not return to this establishment for personal or business reasons. It cost zero dollars and no effort to be courteous and polite especially to our elders.

Very rude and ghetto place! DEAR BLACK PEOPLE YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE UP TO THE “STEREOTYPES” PUT ON YOU! These two ladies were SOOOO RUDE! I ordered on the mobile app and went to the window and was told to come in only to come in AND NO ONE SAID A WORD TO ME! So I asked the young girl in the black and baby SHE WAS RUDE FOR NO REASON! I don’t know her so why would she immediately have an attitude??? Then the lady in the RED JUST STANDING THERE NOT SAYING A WORD LOOKING STUPID!!! It was disgusting and dirty where they cook and on the front line. PLEASE DO BETTER AND IF YOU CANT FIND QUALITY PEOPLE THEN SHUTUP IT DOWN!! RATCHET! Never again will they get me or my family business! I was literally just passing through and wanted some chicken. Sad and disheartening. Also while typing this a lady walked in and the lady in the red took her order and packed it while I was still WAITING! Then the girl in the black just totally didn’t fix my order so I asked the lady in the red whom I know now is the GENERAL MANAGER!! She said “I don’t know what you have”. So I tell her and she goes to fix my order from the CHICKEN THAT WAS READY‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I told her no ma’am how long on fresh chicken‼️‼️‼️ So the ENTIRE TIME I WAITED IT WAS READY AND NEED TO BE BOXED! The manager was extremely unprofessional, hostile, and dismissive—ignoring her own cashier who explained I only needed a partial refund for the jalapeño bombers that weren’t made. Initially, she refused to refund me until I stated I would call the police. Instead of resolving the issue, she canceled my entire order when I still wanted my biscuits. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I’ll be reporting it to corporate.

Let me tell you. I am glad this location is under new management. I’ve consistently had issues with this location and haven’t been here in months. I had a craving and went to the closest location en route to my destination. This location has changed so much. I had a small issue with my order, mainly because I didn’t communicate effectively on the cook of my chicken and Kemper (the general manager) assisted me and went above and beyond on fixing my order. Please give this location some grace as the new general manager understands what needs to be done. The location was clean, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and I enjoyed how pleasant they were as a fast food restaurant.
