Ordered big breakfast with steak. They put sausage instead, I asked them to fix the problem and lady in front of me she removed sausage and put steak in the same plate, same spot where sausage was.. and it was all still smelling pork.. I ended up dumping it in the trash.. unprofessional workers. What a dumb service

Re: Owner you’ve received enough feedback to “look” into this if you wanted to. You should ask your store employees and managers why they PARK every single car at the drive through, even for minor food order items. This has happened repeatedly. And it’s a way for your employees to ‘beat’ the service time clock at the drive thru. Stop expecting reviewers to contact you further to tell you more of the same thing written here. Stop the bad service.

I came in today and my number was 632. I ordered 2 of the value meals and use the app for the free fries with purchase of a $1. Something simple. I would never come back because as I was trying to show evidence I was dismissed as it wasn’t in the system and they never took a look. I don’t care nor will it hurt me.. as an owner you would expect the leadership to at least listen before they make pre-determined choices. This is for the next customer that paid their hard earned money and really wanted to eat there. Once again I would expect just to be heard over a fry order. Thank you for at least reading.

Mismatched orders in happy meal. Didn’t have any child drinks except juice. Cold, old fries. No sauces, had ordered two separate nugget meals. Six ice cubes in my drink, are they rationing?

Ordered curbside, with several drinks, asked for a carrying tray, she said she didn’t have.i said I didn’t have places for all the drinks. I needed to carry them into a place,how can I keep from spilling in my car. She looked annoyed. I had to set drinks on floor. I went inside and asked about a tray.one lady gave me a cardboard try to fold together.only held 2 drinks.i could see the lady that came to my car giving me a dirty look. Why dont they have eggshell type trays that hold 4 drinks???

This McDonald’s is like any other. It really isn’t special, and there’s nothing new when it comes to my review.
The service was horrible, we spent 15 minutes trying to get the person at the register to take our order, and when they did, it wasn’t correct.
The general cleanliness wasn’t the best, most tables weren’t open, and the ones that were were unclean or had no seats.
The food was average, and nothing new.

Why is it so hard to find a mcdonald’s now adays where the staff atuly speak or atleast understand basic English every time I come here I get the same thing and every time till run me between 5-10 bucks because the staff can’t put it into the system right now you have them changing 2.50 for a cup of fountain water when the meal came with a fountain drink to begin with

Food was hot, fries seasoned, staff was super nice. They had the limited edition collectors meal and cup. I had asked if it was possible to get the coca cola one. Staff took the time to look through the opaqueish blue bags to find me the cup. I will definitely be coming back to this location for future limited releases!

The place is not so clean but the food came fast and hot. They were super busy but I still feel as though I got my food in a timely manor. They have a drive-thru and the serve breakfast all day. They also have a redbox at this location that you can rent movies at which I think is pretty cool.
