order at literally any other mcdonald’s got straight attitude this morning at 7:55 am after my 12 hour shift at sheetz down the road just wanted a breakfast sandwhich whoever the manager on duty was needs to be checked then i went home and my food is literally a rock and feels like it has been sitting in the warmer

It’s near impossible to get good quality food AND service at a fast food restaurant, especially McDonald’s. That doesn’t seem to be the case today. I went through the drive thru where there was short wait times and friendly, professional staff. The food was fresh and cooked to near perfect. The hash brown was hot and crispy, the biscuit wasn’t as hard as a hockey puck yet warm enough to melt the cheese a bit. The sweet tea wasn’t overly or under sweet and the mocha frappe was blended perfectly. I will definitely be coming back to this location again.

Great McDonalds for whenever the “other one” runs out of buns somehow. Located in a great location with usually plenty of parking. McDonald’s sign sometimes breaks. I have never been inside but the overall food quality is good as far as a McDonald’s goes.

If “ol reliable” had a definition. It would be this place. I live in an area where there isn’t a lot of things to do, and this is the nearest McDonald’s. Proud to say they’ve never let me down. I show up at least 3 times a month, and the employees are always nice and willing to work with you, yall know who you are . And the food is always well cooked, and the place is relatively clean even in their busiest hours. Definitely one of my go-tos forever

Sat in drive through for 15 mins had the worker just looking at me at the window before coming over and saying they were closed. Never bother to put a sign up or anything. Drove by 20 mins later and there were still cars pulling up to the drive through sitting there waiting. Learn to put signs up letting people know the store is closed due to issues with the computers.

I came thru the drive thru and I was having a bad day but the young lady Jennifer had the best attitude and biggest smile super friendly and helpful she made my day better and she made sure I got my food super quick and she read my order back to me before she handed it out to me plus she paid my order out in less then 60seconds now that’s what I call speed of service

I stop by maybe 4-7 times a year. It’s not often, but based on my limited experience here, this place is very consistent.
They are consistent in service, food and over all cleanliness. I didn’t give them 5 stars because a couple times the tables needed a quick wipe down.
The staff here are always super friendly! I did a mobile lunch order for drive through pickup. The young lady at the 1st window had a huge smile on her face as she verified my order and handed me my receipt. The young man at the 2nd window also had a big smile. As he was handing me my order, I asked if he could add come ketchup packets. He answer “No Problem” and he had them added.
Although this is not a 24hr location, it is my preferred McD in the Belair area.

I went into the restaurant a few days ago and the young man who took my order messed with my drink and ended up giving me only soda water with almost no syrup so my soda was undrinkable. But also now I’m sick with a really bad cold, so I’m pretty sure that kid spit in my drink too. It’s just a good thing I’m not immuno compromised. I don’t even know what I did. I paid with cash, I said thank you, I was polite. I really have no idea why this kid was messing with me. Don’t go here.
