There were customers trying to use the bathroom and the old, tall, Bald security officer. Refused to let some women use the bathroom, even though they were waiting in line to order food.
The security yelled and laughed in their faces saying they could pee on themselves , he didn’t care, but if they wanted to use the bathroom, they need to pay first.
The MCDS manager threw his hands up and said it’s up to the security officer to let people use the bathroom.
The security officer was yelling at them “saying BLAH BLAH BLAH” telling them to go ahead and complain, he doesn’t care because he runs the show here.
I get this MCDS needs security, but the treatment of this tiny woman was disrespectful and kind of inhumane.

The staff challenged me to a fight just because I asked about the delivery time for my food and ordered through the app, and they said they didn’t have my order. I had my receipt in hand, and instead of offering a solution, they wanted to fight. Seriously, you go to get your food and end up in a boxing ring, and the security guard does nothing.

the workers and food was good but the tall white security guy was very nasty and racist .He called my grandmother a n word today on Friday Oct 17 2025 at 11:25am. It caused a huge argument and he called the cops on her. This is a very nasty McDonald’s. NEVER eat here unless you are white. The workers were great though. We will be suing and boycotting with BLM and 125 church members next week. Racism has no place in America.

I specifically use the app to order ahead so that there was no way for them to make a mistake, but the one item, a quarter pounder that I asked for no cheese on said no cheese on the label, but what did they put in the box? A quarter pounder with extra cheese and nothing else on it. This place sucks and I recommend you drive out of your way to other McDonald’s. I hope they demolish this one. I’d rather go to the McDonald’s inside the mall then ever go to this one again. Can you tell I’m a little pissed that I got all the way home and found out that the one item that I made any kind of modification to was screwed up?

February 2023 Update – they start charging for any sauces (25 cent) and new sign about time limit on the dining area.
Good – it’s one of places open late in downtown and been just across a street from the Metro station it’s pretty safe. Food is OK if you’re hungry and need something. Also plan to get your order as take out – like to Metro Plaza (they do have benches).
An alternative would be a diner on Cameron street – about 5 min walk from this place.

Unclean/very dirty. I placed a to go order on the kiosk. Food was decent. Not particularly fresh. During the 5 or 10 minutes I was waiting for my order, two cars blocked me into my parking spot. They drivers left their vehicles running and must have been inside.
Extremely difficult to park in general. They have a 20 minute inside time limit.

My boyfriend and I decided to get McDonald’s breakfast this morning I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal and a mango pineapple smoothie I eat my hash brown and I open my sandwich to this great way to start the day almost eating a hair that ISNT yours color wise length or texture I will NOT be returning this location is either always dirty or has a long slow line
