I ordered number 1 meal with French fries and coke in the drive through ( didn’t know it comes with a huge coke and thought it was too big for me) and really enjoyed the food. I had a long day after I traveled to Arlington and stopped by here on my way home and the big hamburger made me so happy at the end of my day! I finished all of my French fried and the big hamburger and could forget a rough day! Didn’t had a chance to take a photo because I was sooooooo hungry! Hoped I could take a photo!

The food is fine but beware store policies and the extremely rude “security guard” that McDonald’s has hired to police the soda fountain. The person gave no explanation as to why I was unable to get a refill while other customers actively refilled their drinks, repeatedly got way too close for my own personal comfort and well within proper social distances for no reason at all, attempted to force me out of the store, and only escalated a meaningless situation into something that nearly became a physical altercation in my self defense over a simple soda refill.
The cashier even confirmed I could refill my soda until the guard told him I could not at which point the cashier changed their mind.
Horrible McDonald’s, horrible service, horrible atmosphere, horrible location, but the food is still McDonald’s food so if you love that junk food kinda taste then go for it, I guess.

I should have followed my first mind when I was urged to go to a McDonalds location in my own town (which is 1 hour away). Did I listen to my gut feeling… NOOOO! Silly me, I listened to my body…I was hungry and did not eat all morning. This particular location had staff and managers used racially and bigoted hostilities toward me, and refused to answer my questions. Instead, I was met with aggression. I ordered food using my app to get a free item. I have a ton of points in my app and decided to save my money for this particular visit. In the order placed, I asked for a cup of ice water. I usually get it with all my orders I’ve placed. In fact, other locations operate the same way with no problems. Unfortunately, I did not get a cup of water. I politely asked the woman at the window for a cup of ice water and gave her a gentle reminder it was forgotten in my order. She yelled hostilities toward me, refusing to make the cup of water and told me to get out the line. Because of her disturbing behavior toward me, I asked for the supervisor. As she was closing the window, I could hear Racially-charged comments about my appearance to the supervisor in Spanish. A man comes up and says, “I’m getting security..” The security woman comes to the window and threatens to file a Police Report for “Trespassing”. Yes, you read that right…TRESPASSING!!” She had a thick New York accent, and was adamant in her approach. I asked, “….over a cup of water!” I can see if there were hostilities or threats or physical altercations made. But to meet with with threats and hostilities as a customer is deplorable. I should have followed my gut instinct to wait until I get home to eat food. But I was so hungry. I’ll be sure to share my story with others to give this incident a voice and make others aware of the realities of Racism and passive-aggression.

I ordered the big breakfast with steak, eggs and hot cakes (pancakes) with hash brown and I said I didn’t want a biscuit. A small cup of tea.
I got no sugar for the tea or milk and no salt and pepper. No napkins, I should’ve to asks for these, they should be an automatic. I said I’m eating in but I got a bag to go
The tables were dirty. I had to wipe my own table. The worst meal I ever had for $9.73. I literally wasted my money. Area was just nasty and dirty will not be back. A big mistake on my part.

Waited a while in the drive through. Should have known to just leave when multiple cars ahead of me were blowing the horn. Finally got to the microphone and it was dead silence for quite a while. Said hello a couple of times with no response. Ordered on the app and pulled up to the window. Was told cash only, when I showed that I ordered on the app I could see the great disappointment in the employees face. Waited a while for the food. Found that my burger had no onion although I ordered extra onion. The coke was diet but I ordered regular. No straw was in the bag and the medium fries were barely filled to the edge of the opening. The people who work here have no regard for customers. A long line formed around the “reataurant” due to the employees ignoring customers at the drive through microphone. Appalling and disrespectful service.

went today & the boy at the window said everything was in my bag even though i felt like something was missing ( i was in a rush but i could tell i was missing something in my bag) I got to my destination & i did not received the 20 piece nuggets that i ordered. Not 24 hours. 4am on a Tuesday, doors locked, drive through unresponsive, no visible staff. I wasted time detouring here and was unable to buy breakfast and a shamrock shake because they were closed.

Ordered two Saussge McMuffin with Egg, toasted well. They were terrible. The sausage was completely dried out and the English muffin was barely toasted. Total with coffee was more than $14 dollars and the meal was shit.
