They get one star only because I can’t give them zero stars. Ordered and paid for a large fry. Again, I got a large fry box with a medium or small fry I side. This time I said to the worker with the green hair., “This is not a large fry.” He pointed to the box and said yes it’s a large fry see, see the box. I tried to explain to him that the amount of fries that were in the box was not a large fry and i had indeed PAID for and ordered a large fry. If I wanted a medium fry I would have ordered a medium fry. He shrugged his shoulders and walked to the back leaving me there without my correct order. He never returned. Pictures attached. I concur with the service reviews on here. I was here last Wednesday and ordered a number 6 (filet of fish meal-medium). I should’ve realized the cashier (lady in turquoise) had misheard me when she asked me what sauce I wanted. It wasn’t until I looked down on my receipt that I saw she had put me down for a number 5 (10pc nugget meal). When I went back to her and informed her she said she thought I said number 5. She then told the staff in the kitchen that I wanted a filet of fish. Well that’s fine and dandy but when I asked about the price difference, what I paid, $10.09 vs $9.49 for the filet of fish, she claimed it was only .30 cents difference, that $9.49 was the price for just the sandwich alone. Are you kidding me? Since when?
That’s not my only complaint. The fries were mostly tiny end pieces. Never going back there again. Unfortunately there’s no option to give 0 stars so I’m forced to award them 1 that they truly don’t deserve. Don’t go here unless you want to get gypped.

Horrible place order’s multiples and had multiples times missing and very disrespectful, I also ordered online but apparently it never showed up in the system which is bs I know someone took it when one of the McDonald’s employees where in the back on their phone and they under cook their fries and take way to long to prepare the food

I’ve never seen such a rude manager Gloria her name was. Wouldn’t even come go front to talk with me just yelled from back. I ordered breakfast and she tells me “no more” i explained breakfast is over at 10:30 it’s 10am. She said ” want lunch or no” what kind of service is this? If this is what mcdonalds hires as managers now they’ve stooped to a new low. Went across the street to other mcdonalds and got my breakfast. This location is a joke.

Ordered one big Mac with cheese. By the time I got to the pay window, paid for my order, waited behind 2 cars to get to the pickup window , at least 5 minutes had passed. I then waited another 3 minutes at the window – I was then asked to move to a parking spot. I asked her how long it would take. 1 minute later she gave me my big Mac. Poor service and management.
At least it wasn’t cold, though I’m sure it would have been if I waited in the parking spot. I get that fast food is not a good place to work. Who’s responsible for such poor planning and service? I hadn’t been to a McDonald’s in over 4 years. It’ll probably be another 4 years before a return to one. McDonald’s should find a better system for managing orders.

You gotta be kidding me I placed a order on Uber eats for atleast 8 items including beverages and I only got 4 out of what I ordered I’m pissed now I have to drive all the way there to get what I paid for with Uber eats delivery I’m furious right now and not only that there is no way to call anyone and speak to them their phone doesn’t even work it’s out of service. Do you guys not pay attention to the receipt to make sure customers have all that they ordered especially with deliveries

Order breakfast at 9:45 and I arrive and they tell me oh breakfast is over.i placed order for pickup doesn’t mean you make it when I arrive at 10:15. Barely speak english at least hire people who can communicate.

Apparently, McDonalds at Wheaton Mall, in Maryland doesn’t do 1 soda refill. Ridiculous! I will never go there again! Manager said that he doesn’t want me to ever come back, just because I complained that all McDonald’s do refills.

The manager was extremely rude and dismissive. I ordered a combo meal and was never asked what size. I received a large fries and medium drink and she rudely explained to me that that’s how they take orders. I’ve never had mixed match sizes given to me but that’s excusable, miscommunication happens all the time and so I asked to receive a large drink instead. What was inexcusable was the tone she had the whole entire conversation like I was a nuisance and as if I made the mistake. She responds “why are you yelling at me I didn’t take your order”. I even apologized if she thought I was yelling and said I didn’t mean to be difficult and then in the middle of me talking she takes another customer’s order. A customer ended up paying for what would cost for a “refill” for me to get the right size and I felt so embarrassed as if I caused a scene. I immediately paid her back and apologized but she told me I shouldn’t be sorry. That that manager has many complaints and has always been rude to customers. I don’t do reviews often but this was such a disrespectful experience.

Bad service. I haven’t been to McDonald’s in many months. I ordered chicken nuggets and a cup of water. The water was pink and the staff did not even try to rectify it. All she said was ‘this was what came out’. I left the cup there. Never going back.
