Walk in the door and step back in time to the 1940s. This is a great summer resort town ice creme parlor of old. Their iced cream is terrific, and they have great views of the lake with indoor and outdoor seating . They are very popular with frequent long lines that magically move very quickly. If you are in the area, you must stop here at least once per summer. You can even pick up souvenir tee shirts to help remember your trip. For 70 years our family had loved this place. Go and see why.

Driftwood has been here since 1948. The owners have only improved on a winning formula. Don’t miss the coffee (fresh ground, as good as any fancy coffee place) and the kids will love the ice cream. A treasure in Sister Lakes. Don’t miss it.

Been going here for years the ice cream is so good and the way they make their whip cream is great! I love their souvenirs and clothes which are designed great. It’s very kid friendly with many games and a slide outside. If your on the boat and and just want to stop by for food , coffee , or ice cream they have a dock it’s very great would recommend.

Went in to look around as it’s an interesting place. Walked in and around, not even a hello or acknowledgement, unfortunately the young ladies working were too into their phones and chatting it up. A little hint, put down the phones at work ladies and pay attention to potential customers. We were turned off by the lack of acknowledgement, so we left without purchasing a thing….also, it’s a small place, so not like they didn’t SEE us!

Over the years this place has been special. My family started going up 37 years ago and each year, we’d stop at driftwood at least once as a treat. Now, I get to take my kids.
The place is great. It has a few games, some souvenirs, and great ice cream. The most recent visit, the staff worked extremely fast and politely the whole time we were there. We love it here and will always come back. Thank you all who own and work here.
