I was in the drive-through lane and I was three cars from the window and we did not move for six whole minutes. Obviously somebody was waiting for food. They should’ve directed them to one of the parking spots and then advanced the line. Poor Management the time was 2:57 PM on 1.9. 2026… Also, would it kill you to put a trashcan anywhere in the property outside? It’s been this way for years. Please put some trash cans out. It’s absurd that you don’t have one.

Although I confess I do not eat most of McDonald’s food, I do use the drive-thru to grab iced tea quite frequently. This location is one of THE BEST! I do not like sweet tea, and this location makes the best plain iced tea in the area. I will go out of my way to go to this McDonald’s instead of visiting others in the area. Many McDonald’s brew their iced tea in the same pots as they brew their coffee, which makes the tea taste terrible. This location DOES NOT. If you want good iced tea, go here.

Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I’ve now had two bad experiences at this location because of the way they handle mobile orders.
Last time, I placed a Counter Pickup order through the McDonald’s app. But when my son went to pick it up, they claimed the order was “Drive-Thru only” and refused to hand it over unless we drove up in a car. I was alone at my store and couldn’t leave, so the order was wasted and I had to reorder everything.
This time, I made sure the app was set to Counter Pickup — double checked it — and even took a screenshot of the order details.
Yet again, they refused to give my son the food, saying he had to bring the same phone the order was placed on.
Why have mobile ordering if the verified order number, payment, and pickup option mean nothing?
When I went in to explain this was their second mistake, the staff simply said, “I don’t know,” and didn’t offer any solution.
And as if that wasn’t enough, they didn’t even include any sauce with our Chicken McNuggets.
This McDonald’s location has poor training, no accountability, and terrible customer service. I’m done with this place.

Too many times where this location has left items out of our order. They never add extra stuff, but always leave something out.
Mcdonald’s has gotten too expensive anyway, and we have gotten used to just driving past and eating at home.
It is going to get worse when Maryland increases the minimum wage to $20 hr soon.

I placed an order online to be picked up thru the drive thru and my wife got there presented the order order number they could not retrieve the order. So my have to come and pick me up and went back and followed the process through the drive thru and I showed the window lady the order number and she found the order , but the order had to be prepared and I had to wait another 5 minutes. The sad part of all this is that as a customer you try to call the store one picks up the phone. It is Hard for me to even think about giving this place a chance. This is not the first time..

For some reason, they cannot fulfill latte orders and choose to send an iced coffee instead. Even worse, I am unable to find a way to directly complain, request a refund or credit for MCDONALD’S error because it is a McDelivery order. They actually tell you to call Uber Eats or Doordash which makes no sense whatsoever since they are simply picking up and delivering. I am very frustrated because the #1 reason for my order was for a large pumpkin latte. This is the second time they have fumbled my latte order

I was charged for two packets of mayonnaise. I had gotten a refund for the order because of this charge. There’s no mcdonalds in the USA that charges for mayonnaise packets. That was very weird.

Literally stood inside for 5+ minutes with three other customers and no1 at the register, seems like if you don’t do the drive thru be prepared to wait an unnecessary amount of time. Was picking up a mobile order should be able to be in and out. I got annoyed and got in my car and went through the drive thru to get my food. Staff was on some “I don’t care” vibe today it seems. Mind you they knew we were standing there and still no1 came.
