Looks nice and clean from outside but cashier girl was rude and smart. We have to wait for the food for awhile since we waited for long time I thought we were going to get fresh fries but I was wrong they gave us old fries and I told them light ice for drink but they filled up my cup with all. Almost all the employees were talking to each other Spanish and it was irritating. Almost forgot to mention bathroom was disaster. Looks like they even clean since yesterday. Sweet tea is a signature drink for McDonald’s but now it’s getting soooo bad. I paid for 2 sweet tea and i get the cup with 2/3 water with 1/3 tea and it teaste sooooo bad. This McDonald is at the Cabin John did it. This is CHEATING. It’s ruining my night.

DO NOT come to this location! No refill for soda. It was filled with half cup of ice and not fully filled. Sauce pack is 29 cents and 19 cents for a plastic spoon. You had been warned. We are going to Shake Shack next time for better burger .

because of the remodel hiding the kitchen and having the employees congregate there, you wait 5-10 minutes after arriving to be addressed, particularly infuriating for mobile orders placed ahead of time…
I could look past this location charging for sauce (and forgetting the sauce) or phasing out free refills or generally having mid food (often lukewarm or small portion), but to not even be addressed when I have taken the time to show up with my money and standing there politely (and having my time wasted), that just isn’t right!!

Used points off the app to order a sandwich. This place canceled the order. I didn’t get my points back. 6000 points wasted by this place and they didn’t want to do anything for me. I guess McDonald’s loyalty only goes one way.

Not your typical mcdonalds since it doesnt have a drive thru, so you will have to go in and order to take out if you are in a rush. My service was fast for 6 mc chickens. Staff was nice and respectful.

Too crowded, terrible layout, no free refills (this was the owner of this location’s decision), and everytime I order through the app they seem to both take forever with my order and use a completely different number than the app has given me. It’s worth driving 15 minutes to a different location.
