The food took a long time to make, lots of people waiting to order and employees in the kitchen, looks like they are under staff. Dinning area not clean, tables dirty. Aperently they ran out of mc sauce because my big Mac had mayonnaise, not big Mac sauce. Tasted terrible.

I don’t know but this girl name Isnar who is works here was very friendly to me and my grandma and she helped me a lot with my order because my grandma didn’t speak English. She is definitely one of the best employees they have here. Thank Isnar ⭐️ I hope she sees this because she is a very patient and kind 🙂

Long story short, they were “unable” to give me a refund for an online order that they could not fulfill, because the manager was the only person that had the access code and she was home and was “not coming to the store just for a refund. We left with out food or a refund after 30 minutes of going back and forth.

Two different bullet holes in the menu signs is… not a good look. Also in the few times i’ve done the drive through there, there’s always someone in the parking lot going up to people’s cars and staring at you. Really just not a good location and it doesn’t feel safe. Also, is relatively slow for a drive thru.

i had been eating food on this place for about 9 years i took my children on 01/01/2025 around 4:30 pm the lady was working on the drive true she has really bad customer service i order 2 mc crispy meal she bullied at me about my accent when i went to the window she toll me this card is not good
and i give her a second card for summit the payment after she take the payment and gave me the receipt with a bad attitude
hope the general manager do more with the employee in general
