Walked in and the manager was at the front counter eating while everyone else worked. Food was in the hot landing zone and she just stood there and kept on eating. The food was nothing to talk about it was ok. Would I go back? I don’t know but Hardee’s needs to really look at the management

Wrong order. They stated they didn’t have the Western burgers anymore. So I ordered the monster.. I received a single Patty single burger, was charged 15 dollars. Not going back through all the roads being closed in this town discovered the tiny burger after I got back to my hotel in Italian I’m not from. I guess it pays to keep people in line while you check through everything because this is what you get at a lot of these fast food places. People want to get paid but some do NOT want to do quality work. I know I’ll be back in this town in about 3 days get my food elsewhere, some people don’t have time for other people’s mistakes. Live and learn that each new place. Even on my order I said no sauce this one has sauce on the little burger.and nothing else. Oh wait two pickles. 15 dollars and some change. Kind of pathetic.

Food tasted okay, I ordered a Swiss burger and large curly fries and a shake, shake was only poured 3/4 full when I asked about it the employee said it’s measured out to 8 oz… I paid 4$ extra for 8 oz! and then the employee shut the window in my face before I could point out they messed up my burger so I Had to go inside to tell them my burger was made as a single not double, not to mention my large curly fry was only half full.

We went to the drive through and then I took my toddler to use the bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, the bathroom doesn’t even smell like a fast food restaurant’s bathroom. I walked in and it was very clean. The food smells delicious upon entry. When we got our food the burgers were well put together and had everything we asked for. The employees were very welcoming and smiled and said hello even tho we just went it to use the bathroom.

Actually very friendly, polite, made us feel as home as you can feel for a fast food restaurant. Great food, quick service, no sooner were we sat down and our food was brought to us. Tipped them before we left and the kid tried to refuse to take it however it was well worth the money. Not overly priced.

Came in this morning and the lady at the counter was very nice but while I was sitting down eating there was a huge argument in the back and completely disrupted our meal. They need to learn to handle things by talking instead of yelling at eachother with customers in the lobby.
