People always say we didn’t NEED another McDonalds. But I knew options are great to have. And sure enough this spot came in handy. I rarely eat fast food but last night I got home after vacation at 2 am after a long trip from Dulles Airport and had no food in the fridge. I ordered online and the whole ordeal was quick and seamless. The workers were surprisingly nice and upbeat at 2 am. The food was hot and fresh and yielded no tummy aches.

Service is horrible, constantly making errors or missing items. There attempts to make a burger right due lack of attention to details was to swap the buns from another burger. I had 2 top buns on a sandwich and 2 bottom bun on the other. This the 3rd time I had issues and it’s always with the same evening red hair manager.

Refused to take my order at the counter told me I must use the kiosk and i had left my bank card at home and was paying cash so I had to order at the kiosk and come back to the counter to pay which made no sense to me why they just couldn’t do it all at once at the counter

This is a new McDonald’s and they totally botched the parking lot and entry points to get into it. It appears to be right off the highway, but takes forever to get to and very confusing.
