This branch has very helpful staff. Ambiance was a treat, with a magnificent view of the harbor. Hopefully they will have a bigger capacity store (and restroom), since this is within a touristy area of Oxon Hill.

Jorge the worker was being so sweet and the manager was disturbing our ( a huge group of customers) peace due to her rudeness and disrespect towards this gentleman. i could NOT eat in peace. Standard McDonald’s food. However, the service, atmosphere and hours are spotty at best. I’ve been here several times in the morning, as late as 06:45 and the doors are locked. The sign on the door says the dining room would be open at 06:00.

Generally okay as McDonald’s franchises are. It was clean, the service was fine as well as the food. I’m just really disappointed that McDonald’s franchises in the US don’t have vegetarian or vegan options.

Me and my family went here and the service and food weren’t given to us . Let me explain, We went to the drive thru and were completely ignored,Not once, but twice! the first time we went to the drive thru we were ignored. I tried to get their attention, but it did not work and then i went to the place where you pay for the food, And no one was there, and when we went to the place where you pick up the food there were 2 workers who were messing around. And then one worker told us to go to the drive thru again and when we went there again, the same thing happened and then left. I Definitely do not recommend going to this location, especially when you’re really hungry, Maybe you could go to the gas station, that is next to the McDonald’s, or the other restaurants in national harbor.
