If I could give everything an ZERO I WOULD . Started off walking requesting a 5 seated table . Received that , waitress finally comes up and introduce herself “ still not knowing it backed up in the kitchen “ our drinks finally hit the table my mom “ pop had black stuff floating in it , myself had a strawberry lemonade tasted like water “ the waitress said oh yeah we know that it taste like that “ but they still serving people that mmmkay “ we are now in the restaurant for an HOUR still no appetizer still not knowing the kitchen backup “ UNTIL I WALK TO THE KITCHEN & that’s how I found out “ through the greeter not the manager not our waitress “ 20 mins later the appetizer comes out then the food “ everything solid COLD !!! The mozzarella sticks didn’t HAVE NO CHEESE IN THE INSIDE , the rib-lets frozen cold , the kid Alfredo was cold and rock hard , the spinach dip was solid cold . ( all we got was a IM SORRY ABOUT THAT FROM FROM THE MANAGER ) not a we can fix everything we can take this off NOTHING NO SYMPATHY… we just went on head and packed up and left & still end up paying $22 for some cold drinks when we should’ve never paid that . Never again will I go to Applebees or maybe this location. But everything wasn’t right and our family time was cut short . This happen 2/27/26

I have been to this location several times and have always had a really good experience. Today my server was Deanna and she specifically went above and beyond to make my visit good. With the new indiana laws happy hour was pushed from 2pm to 3pm, she explained it to us and since we were there just after 2, and didnt finish eating or pay until after 3 we still got the half price apps.
They were out of the pretzel sticks this time as the truck was late, but she offered many good suggestions and was a caring server. I look forward to coming back and hopefully will have her be my waiter again.

We sat at the bar. Our server was multi-tasking. Taking orders, serving food, cleaning up after customers and so organized he made himself available to everyone’s needs. His personality and smile was superb which showed me he liked his job.

First of all they have great service. I think all Applebee’s don’t lack on that aspect. We dined and ordered full rack of ribs. We shared it by cutting it in half as usual with 2 different sauces. The sweet chili sauce is my favorite! Tasted great with the mashed potato without the gravy. Our server Haley is super attentive to our needs. She always check us if everything is alright with the food. When we visited there were a lot of families with their kids. Atmosphere was great! ☺️

I was really displeased with the young lady who took my card when I was paying for my food to go, she added her tip without my knowledge.
I then gave her money from my pocket, I said to her after looking at my receipt, oh,
I didn’t know I had already given you a tip, She acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about.
She did offer the money back to me. I just didn’t like the way she did it.
My wife and I didn’t enjoy the food. Food was cold. I went to the location on Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis.

I LOVE Applebee’s. But this location is sad.. My wife decided to run to a store while I was waiting for our food so I had time to sit at the bar for a bit. I wasted to order a drink but the bartender was in the back for 5 minutes. She finally came out but seemed annoyed with making my drink. She made it and disappeared back into the back. I didn’t see her again before I left 10 minutes later.. I’ve never felt more unwelcomed. Now for the food.. My Caesar salad barely filled out the container it was in and my 3 appetizers were all crammed into one box. This was the first time we visited this Applebee’s and it will definitely be the last time as well.

I will be honest with you Applebee’s is Applebee’s lol the food is typically at eight out of 10 or nine out of 10 and the quickness of getting the food out is roughly between 10 to 20 minutes. But this night I walked in went to the bar was not greeted by the white woman who works in the bar who makes terrible drinks seem like she had an attitude or something on her mind, but her service was 100% off and not good at all. I’ve been to Applebee’s numerous of times and I’ve seen her the rest of times and I’ve had her as my server a few times and she’s always had a mixed behavior and professionalism about herself. I am not too highly on her and nor should I have given her a tip because she liked hospitality and good customer service.
